    Their Hawaiian flatbread is fabulous. I can't try anything elsebecause everytime I go there,I get the same thing.

    I am writing this review to share a very disappointing experience I had at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location two days ago. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the store were far below expectations. I ordered a Santa Fe quesadilla, and it arrived almost uncooked, which was concerning. Additionally, the smoothie I received was extremely watery and almost tasteless. Most concerning, however, was the lack of cleanliness I observed. I noticed what appeared to be mold on the blenders, and after closing, it seemed like the staff was not properly cleaning them, as they were just being left out. I hope management addresses these hygiene and food quality issues immediately, as this was an unacceptable experience.

    This is their chicken Caesar wrap, tiny, had nothing in it and sloppy! I normally eat at the one on Madison and this was so disappointing in comparison to that location. When I said thank you when she handed me my food, the young lady at the drive thru said “mm hmm”. I just knew my food was going to be disappointing. Based on the other negative reviews for this location, skimpy and sloppy food is the standard here. I hope whoever made my food receives this same energy and disrespect towards their food any time they go out to eat spending their hard earned money!

    Was given a açaí bowl with a completely frozen base, service is terribly slow and they got my order wrong. Was sitting in the drive thru with only two people ahead of me for 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. I don't understand why the management doesn't care and try to make changes after months of bad reviews.

    I have ordered from this location 3 times through Uber Eats. The first time my order was correct and absolutely delicious. I'm extremely picky with smoothies, and was pleasantly surprised by how tastey and smooth my order was. So I thought I found a go to place for smoothies. Nope! The last two times my order was incorrect. The first time I had my order delivered because I wasn't feeling the greatest and didn't want to venture out. Ended up having to go out anyway to have my order corrected. This last time will be the last time I go. I set my order for pickup getting the feeling it was going to be wrong with the same issue as last time. I was right. I didn't even have to taste it to see it was incorrect. The smoothie I ordered had no strawberries in it. You can tell if they're in a smoothie that's only supposed to have pineapple, orange, and banana in it because it will have a pink hue to it. The GM (according to her badge) was the one that tried handing my order to me. When I pointed it out, she asked me how I knew and I told her "It's pink. Strawberries are pink. Mine does not have strawberries in it." She tried telling me it's because of all my substitutions until I showed her the description of the drink itself: mango, pineapple, orange, and banana. Nowhere in there does it say strawberries. She did end up remaking my order, which I do appreciate, but the arguing, gaslighting, and ultimate poor attitude I receiving on top of hearing her yell at her employees to "read the order because she wasn't going to keep remaking them" completely turned me off to this location. Which is disappointing because it's right down the road from me. I hope things improve, because I can only imagine how bad things can get if there is multiple mess ups on a single shift. Especially on a holiday.
