  This location is the worst in town. You wait forever for your orders- tonight I waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks that I ordered ahead and one drink was wrong. And they weren't bust- there was one other car/customer. That's consistent with my experience here, although they used to be better.

  I have given this Sonic so many chances as it’s in a convenient location. But every single time the service is subpar at best. The drinks and food leave a ton to be desired. It’s unbelievable how slow this sonic is no matter how few customers and how many employees there are. They should take some training and tips from the Sonic right down the road.

  I always come here and the staff is usually nice and professional, but I came here a few weeks ago and placed an order and before I even paid I pressed the button to correct my order because I had ordered the original hot dog and I wanted the American hot dog so I didn't think it was a big deal so when I pressed the red button I told the representative who answered the call to let them know that I wanted to correct my order again I hadn't even paid yet so I didn't think it was a problem which it shouldn't be a problem anyways, so the black guy the manager well he said he was a manager but he didn't look like a manager looking at his appearance but anyways he came out to my car and approached my vehicle so I apologize for getting my order wrong and wanted to correct my order I didn't think it was a big deal while the manager had to come out to my car and he was kind of rude and he said yeah that was me on the radio or on the call when you press the button the second time which I only press the button twice and then a girl came to the call and then the manager had accepted the call and then he came out to the car and he was like yeah you said you wanted the original hot dog and I said yes but looking at the menu I see I ordered the wrong hot dogs so I wanted to change it to the correct hot dog which is the American hot dog again didn't think it was a big deal so he goes back and change my order I end up paying no wait he went back in changed my order and when I saw that it was corrected on the screen I went ahead and paid for my correct order while they were in there making my food so he finally came out about 5 minutes later with my order and he really said whatever my fee was and I said I already paid and he was like no you didn't and I was like yes I did and then he went back in to check but my receipt was on the bag so he was like oh yeah my bad you did pay I just don't understand what the big issue was about me correcting my order and a lot of times when I come over here the black guy who claimed that he was a manager is always yelling outside so that was unprofessional right there I just didn't think it was that big of a deal for me to correct my order and make it seem like that I was bothering them that's exactly how I felt so for the next couple of weeks I didn't come to this restaurant I went to the other Sonic that was down further down on Madison Street but since then since I live right up the street from this Sonic I started coming back and the staff has been pleasant.
