  Cameron was awesome. I asked the staff to make a mystery flavor shake. Needless to say I was not disappointed. The shake was a Strawberry, Oreo, Vanilla situation. It was well made and reminds me of when I was younger getting shakes as a kid. Definitely a common visit when I'm in the area.

  I used to love Sonic when I lived in Texas. Completely different company here in Clarksville. Today was the worst. Placed order at 2:40. App says it will be ready at 2:45. I showed up and checked in around or right after that time. At 3:15 I finally called the store to ask about my order. Took another 6-8 minutes after that. I finally get my order home to find no spoon for my float and no fork for my extremely skimpy chili cheese fries.

  This evening I had the WORST experience at the drive thru. The attendant seemed very incompetent . I asked for a strawberry limeade with light/easy ice, size Rt. 44. Then, says, “you want a what as if limeades aren’t sold there. She responded confused when I requested light ice even after using the preferred language of “easy”. And future questioned the size of my drink 2x when I stated a ROUTE 44, specifying the largest size and the one after large. She proceeded to read back my order saying “ a medium vanilla slushy”… I literally asked her to disregard order and I would order elsewhere. She then says, “okay” instead of offering to get someone else to service me. So I went to taco bell to get a Baja blast!

  I rarely leave reviews because I believe in giving workers grace. However, I had a really disappointing experience yesterday. I ordered a Coke and waited about 20 minutes to receive it. When it finally arrived, it was extremely watery and tasted terrible. I understand that machines sometimes need to be replenished, but it would have been nice to be informed rather than waiting that long for something that clearly wasn’t right.
