  I went to use my gift card today. I was in the drive thru and for whatever reason the woman could not hear me. I yelled several times what I wanted and she repeated back something different than what I wanted. She then screamed at me to pull up to the window. There was no reason for that. I obviously could hear her, but she didn’t hear me. Needless to say, I told the young man at the window what happened. I decided I wouldn’t be ordering after experiencing such rudeness.

  Usually this location is the best in Clarksville but today missed the mark drastically. When an employee, Devin, is rude over the drive thru speaker and even ruder when you get to the window to pick up a mobile order. Makes me not even want to deal with sonic in Clarksville anymore. Maybe they were just having a bad day but to be even worse at the window instead of just apologizing just makes the whole situation that much worse.

  Terrible staff working the drive thru. Unhelpful, rude, and potentially deaf Unless you order ahead, or if you have questions, don't expect an answer or the order to be correct

  I hate to post a one star. I really do. I had no problem with the speed of receiving my food, and the staff were very kind and helpful. But this is probably the 6th time I have ordered cheese fries and I ask for a LOT of cheese. When I go to the drive through, I tell them I want so much cheese that they get concerned. And that I will pay for whatever extra they have to charge me, I don’t care. Load it up. And on the app, I max out their cheese options there. I not only add extra cheese slices, but I add shredded cheddar AND extra shredded cheddar. Yet every time I receive my cheese fries? They look like if I only had one, MAYBE two slices on it. And it’s not only with this Sonic. The people there are amazing and I have no problem with any other foods there. They are amazing. This is really my only hang up. I won’t lie, I am a fiend for cheese. But if I’m paying that extra amount just to get a normal amount? It makes me upset.
