  I stopped by to order the promoted red, white, and blue American slush float, but the employee at the speaker told me there was no button for it anymore. When I tried to just get a standard Grape Slush Float instead, she completely stalled out and claimed there was "no button" for floats either, offering me a cream slush instead. Being able to add a soft-serve float layer to any slush flavor is a decades-old baseline standard across the franchise. Sonic's proprietary point-of-sale system is fully built to handle simple ice cream modifications on any drink order. It is incredibly frustrating to experience this level of baseline employee training failure and incompetence over basic register buttons. I ended up having to drive all the way across town to the Riverside Drive location, where the staff actually knows how to run the system and handle a basic order correctly. Management at this location needs to properly train their team on how to navigate their own registers.

  I did an online order thru the app... Got there and waited over 20 minutes for the food... Finally got it and it wasn't fresh... U asked about my milkshakes and she was like, oh sorry, let me go check in those... Another 7 minutes later she brings them out.... The strawberry milkshake is not thick and the m&m blast... The m&ms were only in the top, not mixed into like usual. Not happy with this Sonics...

  Do not go to this location at least on Sundays the special Olympics they have working on that day is crazy order 3 drinks through the app and only right one was plain coke and the child bringing the drinks had the nerve to say I didn't make them just not worth the headache wish I didn't stop to get some drinks
