  I just wanted a strawberry lemon water and a snack, but my eyes were bigger than expected. My water had lemon but I thinking strawberry juice. No actual strawberries. Highly disappointed. I ordered a no 2 burger but when I opened it, it looked like someone had shaken it up after putting it in the box. I am unable to go into more details. The young man that took my order was very loud. At least turn the volume down on the speaker thing

  Trying to figure out why it's so hard to get an order right. I placed it on the app and the receipt on the bag was just like I ordered it. Some how the bacon got missed all together, requested no cheese and there's cheese, requested extra onions hardly any one it, requested 5 sauces and got 1. I even asked if the sauces were in the bag and was told yes. Mistakes like these are why customers get upset and quit going to the restaurant.

  Got my order wrong. Spent almost 28.00 Called the store after I got home and they said if you bring it back they would remake it. It's OK I just won't visit sonic anymore. I'd that's the best you can do, sonic doesn't need my business.

  Placed a mobile order didn’t notice I used to wrong Madison location sonic, I told them I was there for a mobile order and he said the order will be right out, but he just left me to sit there for 30 minutes with no communication. I ended up clicking the button again and told him the location he said it was the wrong Sonic rudely and ended the speaker.
