  This sonic is hands down the best one in all of clarksville! All the employees are so lively and kind every time i stop, and talking to Rick every morning before work is an amazing start to my own work day! I don’t know what their management is doing, but keep it up!!! If i get hot food and kind greetings, i’ll always make this my go-to on my way to work

  The lady doing the drive thru had a bad attitude when I got to the window to get my mobile order. My drinks were not made correctly. Slushies were not mixed in it had nothing but ice and a little bit of the flavoring on the top in one tiny section. Didn't even try to mix it in. The slushies at this location are also not made well. I asked them to be mixed in and it's like they're not even making the slushies with the slushie mix they're making it with shaved ice and a tiny amount of flavoring. My kid drink a few sips and now its all shaved ice in the cup. I've never experienced this at any sonic location ever. In my life. It will not let me add a picture. The amount she drank shows the slushie is less than the top ridge of the cup.

  Lady asked for sauce flavor then failed to put it in bag.Called in 1:50 pm 6-5-26 to believe to speak with what was the manager and he said they charge for sauce that’s why it ain’t in the bag. Why you gonna ask my sauce flavor but fail to issue on your end. Sounds like a poorly run establishment and a miscommunication and how this franchise operates.All I was trying to relay to him was your person at driver thru is failing. He didn’t care.

  I had to yell water after repeating it 3 times as he acted like he couldn't hear me at the same voice level as my order only to give me a cold old it seems jr cheeseburger and cold tater tots. The water was the best thing. And grant it I was surprised. I had been their previously I had ordered online and that burger was good and tots were hot.

  I love them all American dogs! I have given up on Sonic at Dover Crossing and Dover Tn. The last few times I have been there the food was not good or not all there and it keeps happening.
