  Still very clean. Everything was fresh even after the lunch rush. Only disappointment was no white meat chicken out. Just legs and thighs. Love my homemade RootBeet Float. Best dessert EVER !!!!!

  This pizza ranch is a little smaller than the one in Hendersonville, probably due to the game room, but the food didn't suffer. The place was packed which is a good thing for the longevity of the restaurant, however the lady taking the order when you walk in was not very nice and trying to rush. I was going to get a to go cup so I could get a root beer float, but she didn't offer and I forgot. Didn't even ask if I was a rewards member. I will come back when im in the area but hopefully they will get someone else at the front or she has a better day.

  This place won’t last long. Over priced plain tasting pizza. The pizza bar does not have many options. I ask the server do they make custom pizzas by request. She says yes and ask what kind of pizza. Buzzer goes off then another server says u can only have a couple slices of the pizza I requested and the rest must go on the bar. That’s crazy work. Who wants a pizza I created? Best part was the carbonation in the soda. Mountain Dew was crispy and good. Food sucks. Back to Cicis pizza with my money, even if the distance is closer for me here. I’d rather get the bang for my buck spend the time and gas but it be worth it for sure. And if I order a custom pizza for me. I get the whole pie. Don’t waste your moneys here trust me! Go To Cici’s. Oh and the staff does not take their job serious cuz they are kids working there.

  I was here for a work lunch and was meet with an aggressive lady to begin with. Our work group had reservations and we were seated in the open area instead of the reserved room. That was fixed and they moved us to the private room. After getting in the private room. We’re were told we couldn’t used the whole room because the host didn’t want to have to clean it. That really baffled me! I asked for a to go cup of water and was told I had to buy it. This is the first and my last. The price is expensive for the food. Please beware of the hostess. She is an older lady and very aggressive. I think her name may have been Shannon???

  1/5 Stars The food was good, and the service was genuinely the best I have ever received anywhere. The male hostess was the absolute best part of the visit—he was so helpful that he is the main reason I would ever consider coming back. However, the atmosphere was terrible. The owner (or manager) was being incredibly rude to the hostess right in front of everyone. It made me so uncomfortable that I won't be returning unless that boss quits. Also, spending around $30 at Pizza Ranch felt steep for a buffet that turned out to be pretty basic overall. Also, while the fried chicken was surprisingly crispy and juicy, it was not enough to save the rest of the spread. Also, the pizza options were largely forgettable with bland crusts and lukewarm toppings. Also, the simple salad bar and bare-bones dessert station made it hard to justify the total cost.
