  So we ordered 3 pizzas. One was a personal pizza with green olives. My son picked it up and called to say there were black olives, not green. He went in and was told they don’t carry green (which is odd that we could add it bc previously it was greyed out but this time it wasn’t) and they’d remake it (with what since there wasn’t what we ordered available?) He brought it home and I called up and spoke to a female manager. She took responsibility for deciding our topping without calling us first, due to “being busy” . I told her it wasn’t okay to just make a pizza using whatever topping she felt was fitting without checking. Black olives are not green olives! She offered us credit, I said no, we want a refund for the personal pizza (it’s like $6). She said she would do that but had to let her GM know. Here it is more than a week later-no refund and no follow up. We emailed customer service and they said days ago that they’d forward it to the store. Still no follow up. Who decides what someone else gets on their pizza?!

  Order a pizza, standard on nights when I don’t know what to eat. I get the same thing every time, medium cheese pizza. Seems simple right? Apparently not because I got my pizza and it had peppers all over it. I called to let them know the mix up to which they insisted it was our fault it was mixed up and that if we wanted the correct pizza we would have to reorder and pick it up. Gosh didn’t know they don’t teach customer service anymore. After reordering the pizza THEY messed up and paying for it the lady on the line abruptly hung up. Spend a few extra dollars and go to dominos at least they fix their mistakes.

  this is my second review! My pizzas have always been perfect everytime i order! I ordered delivery this time and the manager on the phone was super friendly and helped me find the best deal! BEST pizza hut in clarksville!
