  Placed an online order through the Pizza Hut website for this location. Was very confused when I received multiple texts saying that the Dasher had picked up my order. I didn’t know that Pizza Hut no longer has in store delivery drivers. The address was very clear and on Wilma Rudolph, yet I was receiving text messages that the driver was having difficulty finding the address. Finally got in contact with the driver, I was outside when they pulled up and I asked if they were with Pizza Hut, she said no it’s door dash. I asked her what she was delivering, she said Pizza Hut 🤦🏽‍♀️ She struggled to get the few boxes out of the back seat of her messy vehicle, one of them was crushed. It was just an overall off putting experience and very disappointing. Will not be getting Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future.

  Foods good but the service is terrible worst attitudes, most nonchalant unwelcoming people. no sense of urgency .

  I specifically chose my pizza to come the fort Campbell no idea how it was routed to Wilma. I absolutely refuse to order from this location you can tell from the curb that the food is indecent, am I wrong? Just effortless

  READ THE REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION BEFORE ORDERING. I have been ordering Pizza Hut pizzas for over 50 years, and I have never had such a negative experience with this chain. A simple two-ingredient pizza had a very unappetizing orange appearance and was swimming in grease (not to mention only 4-6 ingredient pieces per slice). Neither my husband nor I could finish an entire piece. When I contacted the manager, Jamie, she told me that she was the pizza-maker and that the pie had been made to their standards. When I asked why their "standards" had declined so significantly, she defended the product and suggested that the problem was with our perception of its quality. She offered a Pizza Hut credit (we paid cash), but why would we ever order from them again when she offered no explanation for the miserable quality? Even Domino's, which I hate, would be a better choice. CHECK YOUR BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. This location does not deserve even a 1 rating for quality. The only plus of this experience was the young woman who checked us out; she was very friendly. But the ratings for this location make sense. The food is terrible.
