  So yesterday i did not recieve 3 of the manoply tickets. I was told after the fact because i went back at lunch they was out. Then at lunch i made it clear i wanted tickets and nuggets no ticket. So now we are at 4 tickets missing. Yester day made 5 days left of the promo today makes 4 left. I was just informed they dont plan on ordering anymore and when they out they out. Well while i was makeing my complaint to the worker a manager gets all oh my line my line keep it moveing makeing me have to drive off without any results of my complaint. So where is the customer service? Where are the promo tickets? You have almost a week left yet your out and wont order more. So do i need to sue for false advertising due to a management issue and lazzyness? I dont even like mcds ive only been going trying to win some on the promo thats posted all over the store. And companies wonder why stuff happens now days... you have stoped careing about your customers your employees the quality of your products it is not rocket sience. Stop being greedy simple... its actually a wonder how the stock market hasnt crashed yet. Anywyas poor management and advertising. Do better and dont be lazzy. So an update i went today for more breakfast only reseived 1 manoply ticket on my drink. Then i while eating my mc chicken biscut i crunch down on some hard there was a whole chicken knuckle. So once again management ordeing poor and obviously mcds needs to do better as a whole. I mean where was quality controll and how did a whole chicken nuckle end up in a finely ground chciken patty.. at least america we now can confirm they use real meat unless someone was eating a chicken for lunch to near the grinder.

  Very slow. Food comes out cold half the time. Biscuits are like hockey pucks. LONG wait times

  I am writing this message because I am completely appalled at what I witnessed today. The bigger woman, who I presume to be the manager, was acting very inappropriately, yelling and cussing at the employees. I typically do not do this, but this was not the first time I have had a negative encounter at this Mcdonald’s before. I came in a few weeks back and the same woman was very loudly and explicitly talking about her drug use. While the food was good, the overall atmosphere and experience was very uncomfortable, no customer should go in and hear the manager cussing at the employees, much less speaking about her drug use. I hope this gets fixed soon and no one else has to experience this.

  The woman at the 2nd window gave my food to the man in the car in front of me. He went through it and saw it wasn’t his food and gave it back to her. I get to the window and she tried handing me the same bag that he went through. I asked if this was the same bag that man went through and she said yes. I told her I didn’t want food that he went through. With a terrible attitude she asked me if I didn’t want my food. I told her I want MY food but not food that a man in his car was flipping through. She fought with me and told me she watched him and he didn’t touch it. Which is a lie because he had the bag hanging out the window for at least 10 seconds before she realized he was still there. She had a HORRIBLE attitude and rolled her eyes at me. She needs an attitude check and how about she eats food that some random man touched with hands that who knows maybe he just picked his nose, wiped his butt, or who knows. She was absolutely horrible and would highly recommend her not being the face of your business. I won’t be back. TERRIBLE. DISGUSTING. Won’t return and will be sharing this experience with anyone that will listen. That’s a great way to run your business into the ground.
