  Twice now Ive placed an order ahead and had to cancel and leave because it was taking too long. Sat at the order speaker for 10 minutes before needing to call it and rush off to work

  Workers were RUDE this girl rolled her eyes at me when we asked for ice cream like hello? Food was burnt and cold

  A few times a week they are late to open. They open at 5am. I waited with no information they didn’t say sorry were running behind. I had to call at 520 for them to tell me it will be a wait I called back bc she never told me how long then they sent the phone to voicemail. No communication is extremely rude. I have work to get to do I would have at least liked to been told what the wait was through the speaker. I get accidents happen but it’s extremely often at this McDonald’s. I’ve seen so many people pull off and I ordered online! How am I supposed to get my refund?! I tried to go to the window to ask about my refund and was ignored. I would have been understanding if they would have communicated.

  It was 10:30 pm on Saturday they said that can’t serve me because of the extreme heat while it was78° so does that mean they aren’t gunna serve food in the day time are they gunna shut down for the summer because of the heat ? That makes no sense they are just lazy. Cuz a McDonald down the road served me absolutely ridiculous

  This is possibly the worst McDonald's on the planet. The app never works for curbside. As soon as you pull up it says please go to drivethru for your order. We'll I probably should have just qent to the drive thru then. But this last visit was a bit over board. I pull up to curbside and the app instantly said to go inside or the drive through for my order. Okay fine. Pull up to the drive thru and the girl tells me that order 1912 is not a valid order. Hmm what should I do then? Has me pull up to the window and after looking at my app for a few minutes, she's asked me if there was a name on the order. Yes. Okay got it. Why not ask me for my name in the first place? Okay now for the fun part. I pull up to the second window and my son noticed that every one was side eyeing us. Okay. So the kid goes to hand me five drinks in a cup holder with one drink literally hang out of the bottom. I quickly grabbed it and then the kid handed me two more cup holders to place under it. We get our food and make the 3 minute drive home. Start to open the bags and everything was just thrown in the bag, fries upside down. Bags ripped through the bottom. Fries half cooked and nasty and not even half full. Cheeseburgers crushed at the bottom of the bag and bun soaked in fry grease. All the food was cold. DR Pepper was nasty. Change your syrup. Just an overall bad look for someone that wouldn't even go to McDonald's if I didn't have children. Ready for the kicker. I look at the receipt on the bag, BINGO order number 1912. I probably could have saves 5 minutes of my life that I will never get back.
