  Night shift workers customers would like fresh food we don’t enjoy waiting a long time in drive thru for food that has been timed out it’s so rude need whole new shift including managers you can’t do everything yourself then orders will be late use your crew thanks!!!

  I found a long black hair in my food that I picked up in drive thru. I went in n noticed ppl working with their hair down n not in a net or even pulled back. When I worked fast food our hair had to be pulled back out of our face n if we worked the grill we had to wear hair nets.

  04/23/2026 approximately 645pm If 0 was an option that’s what this place would get. Absolutely ridiculous the experience we had tonight. My wife and I stopped in and ordered food for our kids and instantly the 5 girls up front started bitching about our order granted it was 15 double cheeseburgers and like 48 nuggets and 7 orders of fries so some frustration was expected but for employees to instantly go into hysterical mode and complain that they had to work, heaven forbid they work. Maybe this will paint the picture better, when we ordered 1 car in drive thru and 1 other customer ordering at the same time so not busy at all. While we are watching all this transpire another customer walked in for a decaf coffee and was told we don’t have any made at that point total silence between the customer and the girl up front when the customer asked if she could make some, she looked at him in disgust. A short time later another couple walked in and politely asked if they had to order at the kiosk or if they could order at the counter, the girl completely ignored him and walked away. Fast forward 25-30 later we get our food and drive home. When we get to un bagging everything the fries looked to be extremely undercooked. This place needs to have the owner come in and take a actual look at what is going on in this restaurant and if these girls hate there job that much than perhaps they need to find a better career although finding something easier than McDonalds might not be in there skill set either. Absolutely ridiculous

  Literally the worst experience we’ve ever had at McDonald’s! Went in during dinner, one car in the drive thru and one couple inside ordering at the same time. As soon as our order hit, and mind you we’ve ordered here before but a different crew was working, they immediately started talking crap in the front about our order. Took a bit to get, a little understandable with the size but we get it and get home, not even one order of fries is edible. Completely undercooked. We spent well over $100 to feed our family and were greeted with the worst experience ever along with undercooked nasty food. I fear to go back up there with the amount of attitude that was already shown.
