  I have never once gotten the correct order at this McDonald’s; even better is I’ve literally paid for a meal that was for someone else and mine never showed up as being ordered. I will literally drive out of my way to any other McDonald’s to avoid this janky one.

  They never give me my sauces even the ones I pay for. Be sure to hold up their lines while checking your bags for your missing items

  I waited 15 minutes and got home and opened the happy meal box ....they didn't give me the nuggets in my daughter six piece nuggets. Not only that, but when I tried calling to contact them to get it rectified, I was unable to get a call to go through to the Madison store location. Not cool, dude.

  Wow! This McDonald’s is AMAZING! The guy at the counter welcomed everyone that walked in and then another employee walked around asking if anyone needed anything and how was their meal. Incredible customer service! Plus, look how festive and CLEAN this store is! I love it! The food, customer service, atmosphere and cleanliness is 5 star quality. Thanks for a great experience!

  Went through the drive through, ordered two of the 5$ mcdouble meals, and they didn't give me my fries for either meal.
