I was sitting in the dining area today and witnessed a shocking level of unprofessionalism from the staff. An employee on the assembly line was trying to handle orders when a coworker with long red hair aggressively snatched a sandwich bag right out of her hands and started shouting at her.
Instead of acting like a leader and defusing the situation, the shift manager on the front of the line who wears glasses just stood there smiling. Then, the manager and an older woman working there joined in. All three of them—the girl with long red hair, the manager with glasses, and the older woman—began yelling and ganging up on this single employee at the exact same time, creating a massive, hostile scene right in front of customers.
The employee they were targeting handled the situation with a lot of maturity. She stayed calm, didn't yell back, and told them they needed to stop screaming in front of customers and focus on getting the food out. It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch a manager actively participate in bullying and screaming at an employee on the floor. Management here is toxic, and I won't be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Outstanding Leadership
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s location. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. The restaurant was spotless, my order was prepared exactly as requested, and the service was impressively fast, true to Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” reputation.
What really stood out was the store manager. She is one of the hardest-working and most professional managers I have encountered. You can immediately tell she takes tremendous pride in her work and genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude create an atmosphere where everything runs smoothly.
What impressed me most was that even when the store ran out of bread yesterday, she stayed calm, found solutions, and still made everything work seamlessly. That kind of resourcefulness and dedication speaks volumes about her commitment to providing excellent service no matter what challenges come up. Instead of letting a problem derail the day, she handled it with grace and professionalism and kept customers satisfied.
The entire staff worked together like a well-tuned orchestra of sandwich artists 🥖🎼, and it was clear that her leadership sets the standard for excellence.
I highly recommend this Jimmy John’s to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional customer service. Huge compliments to the store manager and her team for going above and beyond. This location is truly a shining star in the sandwich galaxy! 🌟🥪

Stopped by Jimmy John’s expecting a quick sandwich, only to be told they had no bread. For a sandwich shop, that’s a major problem and shows poor planning and inventory management. Bread is literally the core product of the business.
Customers take time out of their day, drive there, and spend money expecting the basics to be available. Running out of bread during business hours hurts customer trust and creates a frustrating experience. Hopefully management improves forecasting and preparation because this should never happen at a sandwich restaurant. Don't think I will be back.

Good location to frequent. The soda seemed a bit watered down but other than that it was a great meal.

I want to thank the front lobby lady and manager lady for being so patient with me. I was a bit out of line and they still went out of their way to make my day better. I know the app can have problems with orders and they were able to take care of my problem. Thank you both so much.
