    I’ve been a very regular Dutch Bros customer at this location for quite some time, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. I always order the same drink, so I’ve gotten very familiar with how I like it and what it normally tastes like. Over the last few months, since the syrup brand changed, I’ve noticed a significant inconsistency in how the sweetness is measured and prepared. I used to order my drink half-sweet, but after the syrup change, I started ordering it 3/4 sweet because half-sweet was often no longer sweet enough. The problem is that now, even when I’m very specific about what I want, I seem to get something completely different each time. A few days ago, I ordered my drink 3/4 sweet. When I received it, it was barely sweet at all. I asked the barista how it had been made, and she explained that only one scoop had been put in. She kindly gave me syrup on the side so I could adjust it myself. A manager also came over to talk to me one time, which I really appreciated, and said she would pass the information along so my drinks could be made the way I prefer. She even asked me how many scoops I wanted, which I thought was very kind and showed that they were genuinely trying to help. Because of that experience, today I decided to be extremely specific and not order 3/4 sweet at all. I simply ordered exactly two scoops of syrup. I figured that would eliminate any confusion. Unfortunately, the drink was incredibly sweet. We even asked to confirm that there were only two scoops in the drink and were assured that there were. They remade the drinks, but they came back tasting just as overwhelmingly sweet. At that point, I was asked how I wanted the drink prepared. And honestly, that’s where I get frustrated—not with the barista personally, but with the fact that I genuinely don’t know how to answer that anymore. Normally, I know what I like. Two scoops has worked for me before. Two and a half has worked for me before. I used to be able to say half-sweet or 3/4 sweet and have a pretty good idea of what I was going to receive. But if the same number of scoops can result in completely different levels of sweetness, how am I supposed to know what to ask for? I don’t know what size scoop is being used, how the syrup is being measured, or whether the amount has changed with the new syrup. I want to be clear that I’m not blaming the individual baristas. Everyone has been kind, and I really appreciate the people who have tried to help me, especially the manager who took the time to listen and said she would pass the information along. My frustration is with the inconsistency in the process. I’m a regular customer, and I would really love to be able to order my usual drink without having to explain, guess, or troubleshoot how many scoops I need every single time. I’m not asking for anything complicated—I just want the same drink to taste like the same drink. I love Dutch Bros and want to keep coming back. I just hope there can be some clearer, more consistent way of measuring the syrup so that customers can actually order based on sweetness level and know what they’re going to get.

    I am a regular at this location. I was given attitude because I wanted to double check my order. I overheard the lady at the window making fun of ugly servers because they won’t get good tips from customers and she added how she will do better than ugly girls who are in the serving industry. I found that to be rude and nasty. If you keep her she will ruin your business

    I’m a regular Customer who used to go to Dutch Bros every morning right before work and now I refuse to order with you guys now because every time I order my order is never correct and then when I have to ask for a fix on my drink, I then get a drink that is like over the top filled with white chocolate it’s unnecessary. You lost a good Customer worst part about it. Is I tip every single time

    Was having one of the worst days i had been crying all day . I finally decide to go get Dutch to cheer me up . I pull up to the window puffy eyes & still crying trying to order with my voice cracking . The guy was very kind didn’t pry just took my order and was just very kind . I pull out my card to pay and he told me it was ok to not worry about it & while I was so embarrassed about it I was also so thankful of his kindness . It made my day a whole lot better 🩷 any time I have ever gone there I have always received nothing but kindness and great service
