    (Not sure how she spells her name) Cammy was incredible. The iPad over heated right after we used our card. (y’all should really invest in safety equipment or shade when you have employees outside on such hot days, iPads overheating is a sign it’s probably too hot of them in direct sunlight, I used to worked at chick-fil-a for many years and they have done this well). At the window she took our order again and on the off chance that when the iPad came back on it charged us a second time she made sure to give us the receipt and assured us if that happens we can get a refund and told us what to do. The thought hadn’t crossed my mind that it could charge twice so I appreciated her initiative to avoid an upset customer. She was incredibly kind and I genuinely feel like she was looking out for our best interest. That is rare in an employee and I hope she is paid well already but give that girl a raise please, I’d hate to see yall loose such a valuable person

    I used to love coming to this place I came every day for a year straight and then I don't know what happened but nobody like they don't care anymore most people do online orders to skip the lines in a year ago it was great you would pull up they brought the coffee out to your car going about your day now now you have to wait in line anyways so you might as well just order when you get there cuz by the time you get your coffee it's either cold or melted if you get Blended I don't know what happened but customer service is not their priority anymore
