- JJJosh JohnsonJun 19, 20262.0I used to love coming to this place I came every day for a year straight and then I don't know what happened but nobody like they don't care anymore most people do online orders to skip the lines in a year ago it was great you would pull up they brought the coffee out to your car going about your day now now you have to wait in line anyways so you might as well just order when you get there cuz by the time you get your coffee it's either cold or melted if you get Blended I don't know what happened but customer service is not their priority anymore

Today I had a fly in my drink at the Trenton location and I reached out to Dutch support and they gave me a free any size drink. Every location in Clarksville always has amazing service and staff, drinks are exceptional and fair priced. 10/10 will always come here. Even better now that Ft Campbell has one so I only drive five minutes to get my favorite coffee!!!

I grew up with Dutch Bros on the West Coast, and I cannot believe they finally came here best coffee shop ever and they serve more than just coffee too. Download the app. It is so easy to rack up points. Love the free merch that they are like giving out everytime you turn around!

They're very enthusiastic about what they do and will take the time to talk to you while they're making your food or drinks. Highly recommend the Golden Eagle Chai (Ask for light ice and a soft top!) Also don't skip on the food here, it's delicious! Oh and would also recommended getting the app if you don't already have it. Makes ordering a little easier and you get ths rewards for it, too!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
