  I’ve been to quite a few Dutch Bro coffee shops in the Clarksville area, but this one truly stands out—and it’s not just because of the coffee (which is always consistently great) or the food (always fresh and on point). What really keeps me coming back is the way they treat their customers. Every visit, I’m greeted with genuine friendliness and respect. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. As someone from a supportive military family, I especially appreciate the level of care and appreciation they show—it doesn’t go unnoticed. Even though this coffee shop has multiple locations, this particular one keeps me loyal because of the people. They create an environment that feels personal, warm, and inviting every single time. It’s more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee—it’s a place where you feel valued. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates not just quality coffee and food, but exceptional customer service as well. A special shout out to the manager of this location: Caitlyn, for her superb performance in customer service and caring nature as truly a professional and dedicated person. She made my son’s night after finding out he was a brand new car owner and went above and beyond, speaking of above and beyond I also want to give a special shout out to Cat, who has continuously shown her true self in both customer service & individuality, including making my daughter who is a United States Marine feel appreciated & welcomed each time we have stopped here together, ensuring that she leaves happy & feeling absolutely valued as not only a customer but also herself as a person. The group that works here truly treats you like Family….not just a customer and that is why I will continuously come to this particular location.

  This Dutch Bros gave me such a great experience this morning. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location in the mobile app, and even though that was completely my mistake, the staff took care of it right away. There was also a mix-up with my drink being made iced instead of hot, but that honestly could have been my mistake too since I’m dealing with allergies and was a little out of it this morning. No matter what happened, the staff was so patient and understanding and remade it hot without hesitation. I really appreciated the kindness and compassion. They made my morning so much better. Amazing service as always!

  Oscar is awesome! Customer service is on point! Definate asset, a pro in his craft. Would be a great choice for your traveling pro team in my opinion as a restaurant manager myself. Integrity and enthusiasm for what you do is a rare trait these days. Wish I had employees like him times 10! Thanks Oscar...We will be back to see you soon! Made my day even better...

  I have been a regular at this Dutch Bros for almost 3 years. I order the exact same drink every time! I use to love coming here as it's a convenient location for my route to work and it's the closest to my home. The people normally are so welcoming and friendly but lately things haven't been the same. The last two times my drink was messed up terribly. I watched the first trainwreck when one employee didn't really know how to make a carburetor I but was told it's fine just do it anyways. The drink was so awful my friend went and actually got it remade for me. Then the last time I went I got a birthday drink ofc I got my same drink I always do and they recommended I get a large since it was free & I thought why not. When I got the coffee it looked good but tasted like burnt coffee & since it's a blended drink with espresso often it doesn't even taste much like coffee so that was strange. It was so awful I just went and got my free starbucks coffee and called it a day. My friend who also frequents this location went up and they mentioned I was there earlier & she let them know that my drink was not good again. The employee basically told her she knew it was messed up because they put double the espresso in my drink (which is 12 total) and the manager on duty just said it looked good enough and sent it out to me. I really hate that this location is going downhill. I'm now driving out of my way to go to the other locations where I know I will enjoy my drinks for the money I pay for them.
