    We stopped here on a whim while on a road trip, never been to a Dutch Bros before. Food and drinks were amazing and the two employees we dealt with could not have been more friendly and helpful!

    The whole staff this morning was amazing! I had a bad coffee a while back (I'm from the west coast and have very sensitive taste buds so I know what DB should taste like) have been hesitant to come back for coffee because of that but the team this morning was on point and reminded me of the DBs back home with all the love and care they put into customer service ❤️❤️❤️ The coffee was much better this time around and I will be going back many times in the future!!

    I went with my mom I got a dragon Slayer rebel with a sour shot they did not add it but I was still charged for it this has happened 2 other times pls Dutch bros do better

    I understand that Father’s Day was a busy day, and as a server myself, I completely understand that longer wait times can happen on holidays. That’s actually why I placed my mobile order before leaving home. I live about 28 minutes away and placed my order at 9:35 AM. The app estimated it would be ready by 9:57 AM. I arrived around 10:17 AM, but my order still wasn’t ready. While I was waiting, I noticed several customers who placed their orders at the window after I had already checked in receive their drinks before I did. I ordered four drinks and was told they were still working on two of them, which I assumed were the blended drinks. I finally received my order about 15 minutes later, but when I asked which drink was made with protein milk, the employee realized the drinks hadn’t been labeled. The drinks were then taken back to be remade, which resulted in another 15-minute wait. In total, I spent $43 and waited close to an hour for my order. I expected a short delay because it was Father’s Day, but I did not expect to wait 30+ minutes after arriving, especially when multiple customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. The staff was friendly, and I understand holiday rushes happen, but the order management and communication on this visit were very disappointing and ultimately caused me to be late for work. I hate to leave a bad review on a holiday. I come here every weekend. It’s my go to, but I was disappointed today.
