    We already placed a mobile order but was instructed to wait for other cars for their orders to be taken by the outside attendant before proceeding ahead, where other dutch bros locations wave us forward. Then, that vehicle ahead of us had kittens which one employee had taken into the store and a few other employees stood outside between the window and car to chat about after they received their drinks further delaying the Drive thru. Is taking an animal into the stores kitchen sanitary? And even without a line of vehicles would this behavior be considered professional? No.

    Absolutely the best coffe ever. And the baristas are bar none the best on the planet! I've been a long time customer of Dutch Bros, mostly in Washington State, when I moved to TN I was elated to find they (Dutch Bros) moved with me! The same month even!! I don't even mind driving to Clarksville to get it, although I do wish Paris would get one, or Murray! Hint hint!! 😂😂 Love you Dutch Bros 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I want to leave an honest review because I genuinely love Dutch Bros and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I recommend Dutch Bros to other people all the time, leave reviews, and honestly don’t go anywhere else for coffee. At one point, I was going almost every day—even sometimes running late to work because I wanted to stop and get my coffee. So this is coming from someone who really enjoys the company and wants to continue supporting it. About two months ago, I started using the “hack” I had seen on TikTok, and I’ve tried it on two different occasions. Unfortunately, both experiences left me uncomfortable because I could hear snarky comments, attitudes, and people making remarks under their breath in the background. I understand that not every request may be something the employees are used to, but customers should not feel like they are being talked about or made fun of for asking for something. The second experience really bothered me. I ordered my drink a certain way and when I received it, it was missing the ice I had requested. It was also in a hot cup rather than a blended cup. Honestly, I would have been completely fine with it being in the hot cup as long as it had the ice and was made the way I requested. When I asked about it, the employee helping me was actually checking my order to see if something had been entered incorrectly. While they were doing that, I could hear a young lady in the background making comments. That really irritated me because if there was an issue with how I ordered the drink or if the request couldn’t be fulfilled, I would have much rather been told that when I placed the order. If something cannot be made a certain way, PLEASE let the customer know while they are ordering. That gives us the opportunity to correct the order or decide if we still want it. I shouldn’t get all the way to the window expecting one thing and then find out that something was changed or left off. I’m not expecting employees to accommodate every single request, and I understand that there may be policies or limitations that customers aren’t aware of. What I am expecting is clear communication and basic respect. If something isn’t possible, just tell me. I can accept that. What I shouldn’t have to accept is hearing employees make snarky comments or catch attitudes because I asked for something. I spend a lot of money at Dutch Bros because I genuinely love the company and the coffee. I support this business and recommend it to other people constantly. So being treated that way as a loyal customer is extremely disappointing. I’m not leaving this review because I want to bash Dutch Bros. I’m leaving it because I actually LIKE Dutch Bros and would like to keep going. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds employees that customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when they have a request that may be different from the norm.

    We came through about 8pm and a worker was off duty in her car talking to the barista at the window and they both ignored us carrying on their conversation. We sat there and waited for a few minutes. We had to honk our horn they both looked at us we sat there and they still talked for another couple minutes before the car moved out of the way so that we could place our order and the worker off duty went around to the other window and was loud and carrying on
