    I have never waited 20 minutes for a small drink before. Got up to the window and they were not in a rush at all, just a relaxed day at the Bros I guess.

    While waiting in line to order, I noticed that the employee outside taking orders skipped several cars ahead of us and took orders from customers who were one spot behind instead (10/7/26). Perhaps she could use a refresher course or pay more attention to detail.

    Whoever the drive thru people were at 10:20, we’ve been very consistent customers for over 2 years and you honestly gave us the worst experience we’ve ever had at Dutch Bros. The blonde girl who took both our orders didn’t confirm our orders and messed up two of our drinks and the girl at the window seemed very combative when we questioned the errors. Even going as far as to tell me to compare the cup sizes when I inquired about whether my drink was rang in as a medium when I ordered a large. I do know what a medium looks like, which is why I asked where my large was. but thank you for your passive aggressive tone. Also please explain how this photo is supposed to be a strawberry horchata chai and strawberry horchata cold brew. The cold brew ended up being a weird strawberry banana mixture and not even close to what was ordered. This store used to be such high quality but you can tell that something big has changed and not for the better.

    The service is always A+. Even if there's long line, it moves super fast and wait time is minimal. You are always greeted with a smile and they are very knowledgeable.

    We already placed a mobile order but was instructed to wait for other cars for their orders to be taken by the outside attendant before proceeding ahead, where other dutch bros locations wave us forward. Then, that vehicle ahead of us had kittens which one employee had taken into the store and a few other employees stood outside between the window and car to chat about after they received their drinks further delaying the Drive thru. Is taking an animal into the stores kitchen sanitary? And even without a line of vehicles would this behavior be considered professional? No.
