  If i had to give no stars for my recent interaction at this location they would get it. I came through the drive through literally 10 minutes ago. After being placed on hold in the drive through for at least 3 minutes. My order was taken i pull forward. I sit at the window for 6 more minutes; not once did a associate come to the window to: take payment greet me let alone tell me or they were having issues i decided to leave. Upon noticing i was never serviced there also were no other customers in line, nor in the lobby. if i did not go through drive through i would’ve have thought they were close based on the empty lot. I decided to follow up with a call to try to at least speak with someone in regards to my complaint and no one ever answer the phone. the phone rings for a whopping 3 minutes with no answer and straight to a beep.

  Everytime I come in the staff is always nice always welling to help and the manger nice woman you ever would meet I would do recommend

  Stopped by on my way work this morning and Kristin had made my coffee for me, it was wonderful and her customer service definitely set my mood for today! If you ever need a pick me up before work, stop and get your coffee from her if you want your day to be bright and positive!

  Best Dunkin I have been too, even when they are slammed busy they do not miss a beat. Going through the driveway 90/100 times and miss Rose always has a smile on her face to make sure even it’s for 5 seconds or 5 min she is the absolute sweetest and she makes my day. Miss Kristine is hustling and she does it with a smile on her face and always a positive attitude. I didn’t get the rest of the team’s names but the whole team every time I stop there is amazing. Thank you for making the start to my day a smile on my face! ☺️

  How hard is it to read an order. I placed a mobile order for pick-up and did not receive my doughnut holes. I live 45 mins from the store and shouldn’t have to check my bag to make sure the workers are doing their job. There’s also no way for me to get my money back through the app. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Learn to do your job or quit I work at a food place and it’s not that hard to make an order correctly.
