  This D&B was my boyfriend and I’s first visit to any D&B and it was a “one and done” for us. The food was good but when service is SO bad that you have to go out into the mall and buy 20oz drinks just to have something to drink with your meal, despite TWO waitresses saying they’d bring drinks, then you know that’s a place you don’t want to go back to. We joined other family here but spent nearly $160 ourselves just on food and margaritas. Ordered a dessert and never seen it. Just too many problems to mention. And we DID fill out the survey on the receipt and you know what kind of response we got? “Thanks for telling us. We’re working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.” No 10% off your next visit. No free appetizer for your trouble. No ‘piss off’. Just nothing. Were people who eat out a LOT. But we’ll never eat at another D&B again you can bet on that.

  Party platters: Wings, sliders, pigs in a blanket all great. The cheese platters was not my favorite. Not a cheese snob but the cubes were dry and crumbly. Mixed cheddar cubs are not supposed to be like that. I love cheese and a couple kids do too, but we mostly stayed away from it. The mouth feel was just off putting.

  Had the pleasure of attending a birthday party at this establishment over the weekend. Party packages are reasonable, service was wonderful, and staff problem resolution skills are 10/10! We ran into a minor issue toward the end of the party, but manager KIM quickly resolved it! Kim should be training associates on how to handle customer success!
