  Lyvette was our waitress and she is an amazing waitress. Made sure every one got what they needed and more. 5 stars to this lady!! She knows what she is doing!!

  We brought our summer camp kids here and they loved it! The packages were great, we got so much food, the kids had a blast! Our server Diamond did a fantastic job! We will definitely be booking again next year. Thanks Dave and Busters!

  Food was excellent, a little pricey but good. The service is as expected. Young people learning their jobs. The game room was Awful. Dirty, sticky, Nasty, stained floors, every game me an my grandson played was broken, some you just didn't want to touch. Trust me, Eat Here and move on.

  Do not go here or leave any chips or tickets on your card. I left a bad review to Dave and busters after a horrible experience in Nashville where the bill was all jacked up because they couldn’t put in discounts correctly. Right after that visit both my cards started “glitching” the tokens purchased with a coupon that night, wiped—- I went to the Clarksville location to fix it— they reloaded it and apologized. Before the next visit I watched my cards “add 100 credits” to bring the total to 300 and something I watched it add them. Then suddenly wipe them and display nothing. The Clarksville manager wanted to award me the roughly $20 in credits to get the total right. I wanted it escalated to loss prevention because this is twice now since the Nashville visit— and I don’t want it to continue happening in the future. Boy that was wrong apparently. Their internal employee couldn’t see any game play from the last visit on the one card, and claimed false totals saying the system is correct. I watched it steal my chips and tickets in real time. Hundreds of chips missing and roughly 3000 tickets from the total that it had. Refuse to make right and simply imply I used them. Also I had a birthday party here—- it’s pretty shitty when the tip is already pre chosen, and forced to be what they want—- and if you want to tip differently you can write in a tip to add more—- but they can’t just change the tip because they force a tip minimum on parties. That’s theft right there. Also if you’re dining in and purchasing chips, your totals at the end include the chips, and they’re asking you to tip based on chips—- also others have reported the % totals not being accurate and overcharging tips that way. Just overall no thanks. Bad business practices and lots of gaslighting. Nashvilles location is even worse—- and they know it’s bad. I will say for a brand new location their cleanliness is also lacking. I guess because it’s nice and new they assume it’s just clean and don’t do much to maintain it. The bathroom has a door lock that’s been missing for months— and the female restrooms stink like old period blood—- I have went in the female restroom on multiple occasions where it smelled like a rotting tampon was sitting in there, and the next time I went back still stunk—- I do not think they’re checking or changing those trash cans often enough. I was gagging that visit. Overall this business holds so much potential and their empty dining room really shows what people TRULY think of this business and location. Half the games are broken constantly. It appears they have a LOT of 1 star reviews. & a bunch of 5 star review bombs to try and even out the score—- but go through the low reviews—- I think that’s a more accurate depiction of this company. I also requested a refund on my summer pass (I did use it once the day I was waiting to get my totals corrected) and was told they absolutely don’t do refunds on those passes at all. So I’m stuck with that until it’s done—- after this summer I’ll be avoiding this place like the plague it is.

  Came to have some fun and celebrate a birthday. Had some issues with the food a few times but had an amazing server. The manager took care of things, wanted to know what went wrong so he could fix it, and made it right with us. Thus an overall 5 stars for the service. Will return for that reason alone. Mistakes happen but it's how those mistakes are handled is the important part.
