  This was a horrible experience. My husband went in to order and every employee ignored him standing there. He was waiting to put his order in for 10 minutes before the manager walked by and yelled out there was a customer up front like none of the employees noticed. It wasn't busy, the place was empty so they had no excuse. One girl finally came from the back after 10 minutes apologizing but this was handled wrong. There were 8 employees just standing around doing nothing and 3 girls rushing around doing stuff. This was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this Chipotle at all! Besides the girl who helped us, that employees had horrible attitudes and need more training!

  We have only used the drive up lane. We’ve been here approximately 6 times and there’s always an issue with our order when we get home. They do not make the order according to your specifications and will forget items you’ve paid for. Most recently, I ordered soft tacos and got hard and then they dumped a huge spoonful of sour cream in the bowl making the tacos soggy and undesirable. Chips are almost always stale. They are not friendly but that’s not a huge hang up for me. If you’re okay with a mystery meal, it’s fine and better than other less healthy fast food options in the area.

  Watched the worker at the counter grab the trash bin, wipe the counter, put the trash back, and hop back on the line and touching food all with the same gloves. The gentlemen in the kitchen was cutting meat and touched his earbud with his gloves as well. I understand it gets busy but cross contamination in a food setting is nasty and to see no issue doing that in front of a lobby full of people is crazy. Gross. Do not recommend this branch in Clarksville at all.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today around 5:20 PM. They were completely out of steak and didn’t seem to be actively working on making more, which is frustrating during peak dinner time. On top of that, my order was handled poorly. I asked for a large guac and chips, but I was only charged for the chips and never received the guac. I also clearly stated that I wanted a side of steak once it was ready, but I wasn’t charged for it and, of course, didn’t receive it either. I had to go back up to the counter to fix everything, reorder the steak, and get the guac I originally asked for—only to end up paying more because it had to be processed separately. To make things worse, the employee at the front was on his phone instead of paying attention, and there was confusion between staff when the steak was finally ready. The cook even handed over my side of steak, but then it was taken back because the cashier claimed I didn’t order it. Overall, the service was disorganized, inattentive, and frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected from a fairly new location!

  Had high hopes for this location when it was being built as Madison and Wilma are a bit of a drive although it seems every time I stop by this location they are out of things. Not just one or two things but multiple things… 2 times I have been there’s a 20 minute wait on chicken tonight they were out of guac, cheese, and chips. I understand being busy but it seems the morning shift needs to do some more prepping. The employees are fairly nice but it seems the shifts need to be managed. If I am going to spend $40 on food I’d like to get the things I’m requesting. Leaving this review in hopes the managers can resolve these issues before the 2.4 rating turns into a 0.
