  The typical good chipotle menu. The downside at this location is they tend to be slower than most others, and the dining area is not always kept clean. They will clean if you ask them to, but they're not very quick about it at all. Doesn't seem like they assign anyone to keep the dining area clean, and the napkins utensils and drink lids stocked. Overall, I come back because of the chipotle name brand.

  I will never order from this place ever again! I ordered a steak burrito but there was no steak whatsoever in my burrito. The audacity of this company to not take calls at the store is beyond me. They kept telling me to go online to speak to someone and file a complaint so that’s why this review is happening. Do not recommend! I have never had service like this at any chipotle

  So I was super excited when they opened up this Chipotle on fort Campbell because it's so close to my house I will eat it every day if money would allow me to. I'm so disappointed in this location for one the portions are way too small second the past three times that I have been in there there has been no guacamole the rice is hard the place is a mess and the employees are just standing around twiddling their thumbs well yesterday was the fourth time I've been in there within the past month and once again highly disappointed they did have guacamole this time but my food was cold and they were out of peppers and onions like come on Chipotle on fort Campbell y'all need to pull yourself together and do better people are going to stop going to this location and it's going to get closed down when I spend my money I definitely want my money's worth and I would say that my bowl was very very skimpy yesterday I was still hungry after I ate and I can normally eat off of a bowl three different times

  I have been a Chipotle customer in multiple states in the U.S. for years and this location is the by far the worst (second place being the Wilma Rudolph location) The atmosphere is always extremely chaotic, the staff seem more focused on daily tasks they need to complete before their shift is over than the customer experience. The utensil station always looks like a tornado ran through it. The tables and floors and always dirty. This place just overall seems poorly managed. As for the food. This chipotle is almost always out of something.. ESPECIALLY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING. When I come to this chipotle it is typically after 6pm.. I’ve asked the staff why they are always out of vinaigrette and they say that they run out towards the end of the day. But if you run out by 6pm every single day common sense would tell you to MAKE MORE. Why wouldn’t you make more vinaigrette dressing??? Overall just not a great experience at this chipotle but my love for chipotle keeps me coming back. Recommend corporate take a look at the management here. It needs improvement.

  I went to this place to grab lunch on my way to work and when I walked in to place my order I was told by the cashier they had no meat so I asked are you completely out of me or is there no meat ready? She stated meat was cooking when I looked damn near all the pans were empty as well and nothing have been wiped down so finally they brought some chicken just enough for maybe a couple of people and then I was told they had no bowls. This was very frustrating. Then they tell me I could only get a wrap or a quesadilla I told them I don’t eat wraps and I definitely did not come there for a quesadilla. I looked at the tin bowls sitting by the register and I asked if you have no bowls then what are those? I was then told they had no lids and the manager had to go get some. I told them I would just take mine without a lid and the cashier (Bianca, )who was the only one who tried to assist stated she was told by the manager not to sell them. I asked to speak to the manager (Justice) who came around the corner did not even address me to try and see what the problem was and then turned around and went back to whatever he was or wasn’t doing. I was then told they could put my food in a kids meal container, and I told them if I’m going to be getting a meal for for kids, Then that better be the price when I’m charged. After looking around the floor was filthy. Trash was on the floor and the area where the drink machine was could also use some cleaning., instead of everyone standing around basically not doing anything to resolve things that were empty and trying to at least improve the appearance and improve customer service. They should clean house starting with the manager because from what I witnessed they definitely don’t know the meaning of customer service. I definitely WON’T be going back to this place!
