  This Chipotle legitimately could have killed me. I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which causes a severe allergy to mammalian meat. My allergy is anaphylactic, meaning exposure to mammalian products can cause a life-threatening allergic reaction. Because of this, I am extremely careful about what I eat and intentionally order vegetarian and vegan options to avoid being exposed. I ordered a Sofritas burrito, only to later discover that steak had apparently been mixed in with the Sofritas. This is completely unacceptable. I did everything I could to order a safe meal, and because of the negligence and apparent cross-contamination at this location, I was exposed to something that could have caused a life-threatening reaction. I don’t use these words lightly: I became violently and deathly ill after eating this meal—while 31 weeks pregnant. If I wasn’t already well versed in how to handle my anaphylaxis reaction I would have died. I spent 48 hours critically ill before I was able to keep any solids down or function properly. Food allergies are not preferences. They are not something employees can afford to be careless about. For someone with a severe allergy, a mistake like mixing meat into a vegetarian option can have devastating or fatal consequences. This experience made it painfully clear that food allergies and dietary safety are not being taken seriously at this location. Someone needs to be held accountable, and serious changes need to be made before this carelessness causes an irreversible tragedy.

  The rice was rock hard, and the protein portions continue to get smaller. Definitely not worth the price.

  16 cars in line, sat here for 20 minutes without moving. Not even peak dining time, my order was supposed to be done at 710pm. No warning when ordering online that there would actually be at least an hour wait. I I parked and went in and they refused to refund my money and told me to take it up with corporate. There were 7 more people sitting inside who gave up on the drive up lane plus a line of dine in customers and not a single worker showing any kind of sense of urgency. Last time we ordered ahead my husband got a steak quesadilla with fajita peppers. He got a chicken quesadilla with no peppers. He drove all the way back and had them remake it. He checked before he left the restaurant a second time and said “still no peppers” the worker said very aggressively “they’re in there” he had to open it up and show her. She threw a cup of fajita peppers to him instead of making it right. Consistently awful service here, won’t be going back.

  Used to be good. Went there today and placed an online order for 6. I get there at 6 and proceed to wait 45 min in line for my food with 3 cars in line. Finally when I get it I go to eat my chicken burrito I’m welcome to a wonderful white rice burrito. Will not be back.

  The place was an absolutely disgusting! Every single table was dirty and I asked employee if they could please clean it.She did nothing and gave me a dirty look. We didn't realize until after we ordered that the place was dirty. The employee who made our food was also running the register without washing his hands.In between. Seven employees were behind the counter when we walked in and when I wanted to complain to a manager there was no one to be found and when I was going to ask for a manager there was only two employees present and they were so busy I did not want to bother them , because they were the only two working! There was a third employee 5eventually that was just standing around with his hands in his pocket. I wanted a refund , but I was on my lunch and did not have the time to wait. The employee I asked to clean the table, they gave me a dirty look.She was the one with a tattoos and a little bit heavy set. The food was good , but our portion was very small compared to others while I was watching them make others food. Next time I go anywhere, I need to make sure that I read reviews because this was a really bad experience for our first time there. I only complain if I have a really bad experience. The place was nasty and atrocious! You're probably thinking why did we eat here? It was because our food was already made and we did not realize how disgusting the place was until after we ordered our food and then we did not realize the guy was not washing his hands until we were almost completely done. I called customer service to complain and they weren't much help either.
