It was a mess inside only 3 people working. The one who was taking the order was the one checking you out at the register as well. The line had 6 people waiting to order. The other two workers were busy in the kitchen. No drinks available (tea) only fountain drinks. The area was not clean and out of straws and lids forks and knives were low. I determined what to order by looking at the food that looked presentable. Fortunately the guy serving was good and it was actually tasty. Some of the trays of food was not visually pleasing. Usually this place is better than this experience. But It was so bad I needed to review.

- MMmadsJun 9, 20261.0Ive gone to this location a MULTITUDE of times, and every single time ive gone it has been a negative experience. No matter what time of day i go they are always out of something, no matter is its chicken, rice, chips, corn salsa, etc. its always something and usually multiple of things. Not only that but every single time i have gone again this is 4+ times at this point they have been all out of chips. I feel as a consumer usually every person who orders a bowl or anything for that matter they do get chips. so for me to go multiple times and to be all out of them is VERY disappointing. Not only that but the staff is horrible. Most of yalls staff is UNFRIENDLY and not forgiving. As a girl who works in the food industry and directly works for customers service, if we are out of something i always apologize and try to offer something close instead for them to try. They do not. They do not great upon welcoming, and they are SLOW. I never complain about wait times especially for long lines but at this location its insane. It will take 10+ minutes just for one person to get their meal and checked out. Usually its because only one person is working the front. Im not one to write negative reviews infact this is my first google review ever but safe to say, i am VERY disappointed. please do better.
