The general manager should be ashamed to have their name associated with this location.

Order pickup and get ingredients I did not request (cheese) or don’t get ingredients I request (guacamole), chips stale at 11 am (tasted like the previous nights chips)…. Lettuce wilted…. order pickup go inside and kindly ask for my order because it wasn’t shelved yet or prepared (unbeknownst to me - bc I was actually running late picking it up) then get attitude from some grumpy, miserable employee because she is “working alone”. So. Get another job then. This location fell off. After reading the other reviews I’m nauseous. Can’t believe I ate that crap. Never again! Do not eat here! Keep reading…. they’re rude to children and someone else found a bug in their food. Nahhhhh! ✌️

She asked what I was getting and for here or to go. When I asked if they were out of the honey chipotle chicken, she shock her head no. When I asked if they were making more, she stated no. Mind you this is 3:50 PM. Nothing was on on the grill, the line looked as if it hadn’t been turned over in several hours. A little disappointed in the service provided. Not what I’m used to coming from STL. Please do better chipotle!

My only main problem is that they do not seem to keep the self-service area (think drink machine, napkins, utensils) isn't kept full or at least somewhat stocked. Usually out of napkins and certain utensils. Otherwise, I do say this location is pretty good and helpful. Good with their portioning this time
