  Everything was stale and old, pissed I paid 8bucks for chips and they all tasted 3 days old. I could've gotten better food at Olive Garden for 10bucks less. 50 bucks down the drain. I wont go here again.

  Food was fresh thanks to Fred, service was exceptional because of Fred and the Atmosphere was outstanding because of Fred. Thank you for making your customers happy. When I get paid again I will be back!

  My first visit to Chipotle and the food was great. I was extremely surprised to find out that a little guacamole was like $5. Be sure to notice the price of every add on before you say yes. Your meal could end up costing $18 when you were planning in $10-$12.

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. My order was fine, but when ordering my daughter’s kids meal, we asked for an extra tortilla. The employee behind the register loudly stated, “Kids only get 2!” We explained that we wanted to purchase an extra tortilla, and she snapped back at both me and another employee, saying, “Well it’s going to be an upcharge.” I replied that was perfectly fine. My daughter also wanted a side of pico, and again the employee rolled her eyes and said, “We will be charging you extra for it.” Once again, I told her that was fine. The issue was never the extra charge—it was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. At checkout, my daughter asked for kids chips and queso. The employee rudely responded, “Well I don’t have any kids chips, that’s why I put fruit in it.” By that point, I was overstimulated and just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. However, it would have been nice if an alternative had been offered, such as providing the queso since the chips weren’t available. I completely understand that there are policies, upcharges, and occasional shortages. What I don’t understand is being treated rudely for simply ordering and being willing to pay for the extras we requested. Customer service and kindness go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during this visit. Will no be returning.

  The woman who seemed like she was in charge just tried to push people through and was constantly distracted while she was talking to customers made for a weird experience. But the worst part is they were completely out of lettuce... it's a Chipotle. I would not have come if I would have known my burrito would not have greens. I used to work in a restaurant and if we knew we were getting close to being out of something we'd send someone to the the grocery store and go buy it. I won't be back. I do like the West Coast Buritto shop though.
