- RDRandi Dobrich4 days ago5.0I haven't been inside a chicfila in 8+ years! I was worried because it was packed, but everything moved quickly! The guy taking our order had a training tag on, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our food came out in a timely manner, it was hot & fresh! I was shocked how many condiments we received (other fast food places would never 😂). There was vase's with real flowers on each table!!! My daughter picked this for her birthday lunch and she loved it!!

Bennett, a trainee, was already professional and courteous, the place is pristine and beautiful, the music is energizing but not frantic, and Hailey was a rockstar on the food delivery. They were even patient with my struggle to figure out how to get points in the app. I will be back often, this one was my pleasure!

Drove from 20 minutes away to pick up our food once notified that it was 'ready', (parking was very limited btw & it was of course packed full) got back to work only to realize that they did not give EITHER salad that was ordered any dressing, no straws for our drinks & only gave 1 sauce flavor for the 7 chicken sandwiches & fries we ordered for our team. When I called them, they said "we don't deliver to bring out dressing" and didn't offer anything to try to make it right until I demanded SOMETHING because who eats a dry salad?!? I didn't eat lunch that day thanks to them & neither did my coworker. I'm glad I don't live there because I won't have to ever go back!
