  You gotta have a right hand drive car to pick up mobile orders here. Either that or reach over the passenger seat and lean out the window to pick up. What??! Backwards ahh drive thru

  My husband & I went there around 130am on 5/3/2026. The service wasn't too friendly at all like they hate their job. My sprite was gross and didn't taste right. So I requested a lemonade and when I received that their was dried on food or ketchup on my lid. Yuck ! When we finally received our food our fries were hard and cold. The burger and chicken sandwich was room temperature. Overall bad experience. I definitely received better service and fresh food on my first service at this location on opening day. Unfortunately had a bad experience at this one.

  The food came out with a few items missing in my bag , they didn’t pay attention to heavy lettuce & heavy onions for my sandwich… they are still working out the computer system and start up kinks so I understand that … grass very overgrown and needing maintenance

  For a few store, they only had one drive thru lane open. The line moved very slow, I was in the line for 20 minutes. And I get my food amd leave, get 5 minutes away and realize they didn't give me my fries they charged me for that upgrade. The fish sandwich was nasty, it was way smaller then advertised and a third of the filet was just crust. The filet was flat like a McDonald's patty.

  I delayed my visit for a few days as this location recently opened. Unfortunately, I was unable to place an online order or redeem promotional offers because this particular establishment had not yet been integrated into the application. My order consisted of the 8-piece chicken tenders , 2 for 7 and fries, which amounted to over $35 dollars . Upon opening the container for the tenders I was immediately concerned by the portion size, finding it to be unexpectedly small. After pulling over to inspect the entire order, I discovered that the dipping sauces for the chicken tenders were missing. My husband then returned to the restaurant to address this at the walk-up window, but he was ignored and then a staff member out his finger up *to wait* The quality of the food was notably mediocre and subpar, especially considering the elevated price point. Overall, this was an exceptionally disappointing experience, and I do not believe the food justifies the current level of anticipation surrounding it. The chicken tenders did not taste fresh and were barely hot ontop of everything.Pictures of the size of the tenders below and quality of the burger below. The buger was sloppily put together,sopped/ drenched with an un natural amount of mayo.
