I don't understand how come it's always something wrong with my order when I order the same thing over and over again at least three times a week. I want to give up on you guys, but I'm stuck on the spicy chicken sandwich actually the double spicy chicken sandwich today that was the problem I got the extra mayonnaise. I got the extra cheese but it wasn't a double so could you imagine what it looks like a slop sandwich I called five times and no one answered and no I had to get where I was going so I cannot turn around for a remake. It's either always missing the extra cheese or the tomato that I add or the patty is dry. I Volunteer to wait for fresh patties often because I know what I want and I know how it should taste. I order in person I order online. I do my part do yours By making sure orders are correct because you sure do charge extra for this extra for that, but don't give it

Come on man y’all gotta be doing better than this. It’s as if you went to Walmart and used all the great value items and made burgers out of them. There’s nothing special about it at all. It’s like cafeteria food. Like there’s no trademarked flavor nothing it’s just bland cafeteria food

The finishline burger was cold, no crispy onions, on a "toasted" cold bun but the wife enjoyed the chicken tenders and the fries were at least hot. The funnel fries were da bomb. Drinks good. The gentleman at the take out window was awesome, just come on kitchen.. take a little pride in what you put out. (We had a 3 minute drive back to the house)

Mobile ordering lane is a joke. If you don’t pull up just right, the worker makes you get out of your car. Even though you told them you don’t have anyone to grab it from the passenger. The fries felt like they were old ones refried. I thought this one was going to be better than Hopkinsville, guess not.

The man at the drive through window on 09/20/26 at 10:30pm was extremely rude and I will not be back. This isn’t exactly the first time I’ve had issues, the last two times I’ve had to drive back because a burger was forgotten or fries or something was always forgotten, I kept coming back though because I had always gotten such great service since you guys opened, and nice workers so I was giving the benefit of the doubt and now it’s just too much.. I will not return and I do recommend even if you hate your job, because that’s what it was giving, you work on positivity if you’re gonna continue to work there. Also please if you’re gonna serve funnel cake fries, actually put the sugar on them instead of half @ssed doing it the fries were horrible. Such a disappointment tonight, do better guys.
