I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was so unacceptable that it needs to be addressed by management immediately. From the moment we were seated, our waitress made it clear that our table was not a priority. Instead of checking on us or doing the bare minimum of customer service, she was focused on her phone, talking about fixing her nails, and trying to make appointments — all while we sat waiting. It wasn’t just inattentive service; it felt blatantly dismissive and unprofessional. Then the food arrived — and that’s when things went from bad to genuinely disturbing. Our boneless wings came out covered in sauce… with visible feathers mixed throughout. Not one or two — multiple. It was enough to completely turn your stomach. This is a serious food quality and safety issue, not just a minor mistake. On top of that, the bone-in wings we ordered never even came to the table. We immediately asked to speak with a manager and requested that the wings be removed from our bill. To be clear, we did not take a single bite. Despite this, we were refused. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were told that we still had to pay and that “if we didn’t like the food, we didn’t have to come back.” That response alone shows a complete lack of accountability. What made it worse was that we were never allowed to speak with a manager or general manager, even after asking. As we left, we were met with side-eyes and dismissive looks, as if we had done something wrong for raising a completely valid concern. The most frustrating part? We weren’t trying to get out of paying everything. We were fully willing to pay for our drinks and had even planned to tip the waitress, understanding how hard service industry jobs can be. But after being treated with such disrespect from start to finish, it was clear that customer care was not a priority at this location. Between the unhygienic food, missing items, rude service, and refusal to involve management, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. This isn’t just about a bad meal — it reflects serious issues with food handling, staff professionalism, and management oversight. This review is being left in hopes that someone higher up actually takes notice, because no customer should ever be treated this way.

I guarantee the chicken tonight was fried earlier and maybe reheated when I ordered. We waited at least 15 minutes for a 20 piece bone in combo only to get chicken jerky. What makes it worse is that we were talking how we haven’t been here in a very long time and now we see why….grrrrr wasted money on chicken I definitely cook better at home but the onion rings were good.
