  My husband came thru the drive thru around 845, got a 2 piece white meal 2 sides and a 8 peice nuggets with 2 sides, was pulled up and waited 15-20mins, when he got the food the nuggets was cold and only had 7, then my chicken was warm, why did we wait 15-20mins then??? so i called the store and asked to speak to a manager, she then replied it was her so i told her what was wrong and she called me a liar, i was pissed and hung up, we also came this morning and spent $34 on breakfast, never in my life have i went thru this, im a manager myself at a fast food restaurant, i understand how it can get and they only had 3 people but to be called a liar and you cant count and had us waiting for 15-20mins for cold me... we WILL NOT be back to bojangles ever and not only that i will also be reaching out to corporate because this experience was bullshit

  The weekend crew needs to be fully retrained especially the manager on duty, they keep her there nights and weekends for a reason it would seem, Rude and has zero customer service skills. The past 3 times we have had bojangles on the weekend they have left something out of the bag, once, ok accident, mistakes happen, second time, dang but ok they are human , third time and she still doesn’t care, didnt apologize for my inconvenience not even once, told me I could talk to general manager ( the real manager ) and she hung up! She has no place in management, i will get her name and contact corporate, it won’t do much but they should know she is a menace to have as a team Leader! No example I’d want to have my staff follow for sure!! She needs heavy customer service etiquette training! And to work on her people skills in general!

  Customer care was excellent, and the employees were extremely friendly! The only thing I don't care for is the AI at the speaker box in the drive-thru.

  Jessica and crew make sure that everyone is treated very well once they enter this establishment....
