So if you want ONE scoop of icecream with whip cream and nuts, you’re going to pay close to 2 extra dollars for that squirt of whipped cream and sprinkle of nuts 🤯. $6.27 before tax. So the one scoop of ice cream with two topping costs almost as much as the TWO scoop sundae with 3 toppings which is $6.89. Makes absolutely no sense. There are way better icecream options around town for your money.

When the cone came out it looked less than one scoop which I commented on but was told it was compacted down into the cone. As we drove off I tasted and knew immediately that it was not what I had ordered. Made a u-turn and went inside and 2 employees met me even tho there were other customers to be waited on. Before I could really even tell them that my ice cream was not what I ordered I was told that they had run out of chocolate chip mint. When I ask why they had not told me this from the beginning they both said that I had ordered chocolate chip only. This is wrong. I truly feel sorry for the owner of this franchise as their employees are assuring that customers will not return because of such tactics as this. I will never go to this particular store again. As you can read and see with other reviews many from the Clarksville area have had the same regretful experience. So sad, this store use to be great

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
