  I want to start by saying, my drink was NOT what I wanted.... BUT this whole staff went above and beyond to try to get me there. I pulled into the drive thru twice and gave it my all to mimic a drink I had tried (a friend ordered it) We never achieved said drink (ill try again tomorrow) However, the whole staff was kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you 7 Brew :) And the two pup cups were the cherry on top. My dogs also say thank you!!!!

  My server Ayla at the riverside location in Clarksville Tennessee was a great server. She made sure my day was going good. Excellent customer service.

  7 Brew has quickly become my favorite place to get coffee and drinks! The drinks are always on point, but what really makes this place stand out is the amazing, friendly, and genuinely kind staff. I go almost every day—not just for the drinks, but for the great customer service and positive atmosphere. The wait is hardly ever long, which is a huge plus, and I’m always impressed by how welcoming everyone is. I honestly choose 7 Brew over any other coffee or drink shop now. You guys are doing an amazing job keep it up! The girls who take our orders are absolutely amazing! They are always so kind, patient, and welcoming to my kids. My daughter is autistic, so our morning pup cup is a must, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make her feel included and special. They acknowledge her, answer all of her questions, and even let her order her own drink and pup cup. She’s only 3, but she absolutely loves going to see her “coffee girls,” as she calls them. Those little moments mean so much to us. It’s more than just getting a drink every morning it’s having a place where my daughter feels seen, welcomed, and excited to be herself. The kindness from the 7 Brew team is truly something special, and we appreciate them more than they know! My senior doggy lovesthe pup cups also ☕️🐶❤️.

  The employees are always so happy!!!! Never ever had a bad experience!!!! Every visit they are friendly, helpful, great small talk, just overall a great crew!!!!

  I pulled up and the server walked out and around my truck to serve someone who pulled up after me, never acknowledged me and there were 3 people standing around inside talking that never acknowledged me eithee. Thats not my usual experience so I was surprised and left with no drink 🤷‍♀️
