- DCDebra Cook2 days ago5.0Grew up Korean and I am always hesitant about trying new Korean restaurants but Zaya was a wonderful experience! The meat and all the food was top notch and fantastic. The service was stellar and we would definitely go back. Emerson was a fabulous server.

The only options for drinks (per our waiter) were water, Mexican sodas & alcoholic drinks. I found this to be a bit odd. Besides those quirks, it was a great atmosphere & wonderful service

- RERay EvansAug 22, 20261.0I'm never that person (check my previous reviews) However, what we thought was a high end Chattanooga restaurant priding itself on it's best award burger, we we're beyond disappointed with our 1st visit Less than 10 people in the restaurant at 11.45am and 3 of 4 dishes we ordered came out cold and plates were delivered in pairs and not all together or individually The award winning burger - cold, we were not asked how we wanted it cooked considering the restaurant prides itself on it meat (came out well done and not medium as expected) The Donkatsu- cold pork cutlet Braised dry aged rib eye bibimbap - cold Chicken sandwich - Luke warm at best Zero seasonings overall, sugar on the sweet potato fries could have been wonderful but sadly they were also cold We were expecting a wonderful dining experience but left upset and wanting more from the experience Service was OK at best, filled up water twice before the food came and didn't see them afterwards during the sitting and only swung in by to deliver the check Overall a sad experience l, hope others may have a better time

He explained everything, Made suggestions, was seriously excellent the whole time. The food was nothing short of excellent also. You think it's not going to be enough and halfway through you are second guessing everything. This place was the best setting for our 5th anniversary!
