- BSBrendan Shinn1 day ago1.0I can see why this location gets so much hate. First of all, there was no sauce on the wings, only seasoning. I asked for lemon pepper mixed with hot honey. They only had seasoning on them. It took 20 minutes to be served and the young man who took my order wouldn't speak up so that I could hear what he was saying. Very poor quality wings for 13 dollars. I only got 9 wings when I was supposed to get 10. Also the wings were so gross it made me sick to my stomach. Too much seasoning and no sauce and it was really dry and mostly breading and minimal meat. Too crunchy or cooked for too long

Uber Eats showed my order as “Ready for Pickup,” but when I arrived, the staff told me they never received it. Uber Eats confirmed the order had already been sent to the restaurant, yet the employees kept saying they didn’t have it. Complete waste of my time, terrible communication, and extremely poor customer service. Nobody even tried to help resolve the issue. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Don’t waste your time ordering from here!

My favorite is the Hawaiian boneless wings and like to get the fries with it. Although I never have been in the restaurant but the service is amazing and my delivery person handles it well.

Even more concerning, when I saw the cashier pick up my fry with his bare hands and but it in my bag, i told him he had to remake my fries because of that.....his response? "We dont wear gloves here" AND HE WAS RIGHT NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES. Where the hell is corporate when you need them
