  June 16th 12:20am. Took 27 min to get our food with only 3 cars in front of us. Only orderd 2 burgers and 2 drinks (of course they gave us the spill that they was cleaning the ice cream machine so didn't get those) plus not the first word was spoken at the window. Just handed us food and walked away.

  I’ve made it such a habit to swing by here every morning after work that when I call out my name, the staff already knows what I’m about to order. I would like to show both Mandy and Lilian my appreciation as they make sure my food is made to perfection. My food is always fresh and made to my exact liking. Since I’ve started coming here I can’t name one time where I was ever upset with their service.

  I've only been to Whataburger once before in Atlanta, so I wanted to check out this location. The staff was very friendly and polite, my order was correct and served hot, and the restaurant was clean. I also like that they're open 24 hours and the restrooms are available if needed. I would definitely visit this location again. 🙂

  Traveling and stopped here because it was near our hotel. It was after 9pm...not busy at all. We had a party of 7 people. They brought out food for 3 of us and never brought the rest. We had to ask for it and they said they must have given it to someone in the drive thru. Had to wait longer....finally after 50 minutes we got most of the rest of our order. They still forgot an order of wings so had to wait longer. No I'm sorry...no nothing. All the staff standing around drinking soda and when we complained one said....well I have to go to the bathroom. Then when they came with the rest of the order they brought a tray with ketchup and napkins but never offered that to the 3 people they brought food out to in the beginning. Not sure if that is part of their "service" or what.

  I ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger meal. I ordered it tomato, mayo, ketchup and mustard. It was covered in mustard,onions and lettuce. They didn't bring our fries. I had already waited 10 more minutes for my food than the rest of my group. I had to ask them to remake the burger to go. The second burger was just barely edible. It too was a mustard burger with the thinnest burger patty. I couldn't even taste the meat for the mustard. The cashier was very sweet and was doing a great job. The food just sucked.
