  This is the slowest running “fast” food restaurant I’ve been too. Every time I come for breakfast it seems like they don’t have nothing ready or prepared. Most of the workers there are moving extremely slow and even at dinner time at times. There needs to be some improvement!!!!!! I shouldn’t have to wait 15-20 for my food.

  Speed is not their strong suit. Staff is just walking around as if it’s downtime. For a fast food chain that praises efficiency, this location is holding back their progress. True shame because I’ve had far better service from other Whataburger locations.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. I found a fingernail in my burger. Employees were lazy and my food was not cooked all the way, very mushy wet burger. Will be filing a complaint and possibly a lawsuit to have this place shut down. Stay away from this location by all means necessary.

  No line at all on a Friday at 11:45. That should have been the first sign. Lady taking my order sounded tired and not cheerful. Once I paid they directed me to park with 3 other cars waiting. It’s been 10 minutes and nobody has gotten their food yet. And no other cars have come through the line since. I don’t know any other fast food restaurants that take this long to make a burger and fries.

  I really like their breakfast. We could not get our order taken in the lobby and no one would come out to wait on me and another customer. Got back in my car and didi the drive thru. No coffee at breakfast time. It took a long time to get the food. They were not busy. They got the order wrong and we were gone before we realized it. Biscuit was hard and dry. Next day, did an online order so it would be accurate and faster, and it took a long time after I arrived to pick it up. They need to go to TX to see how to do things right.
