  Right near the base of the Incline Railway. Easy ordering with plenty of healthy options. Time to prepare the food was reasonable. Chill atmosphere. Air-conditioned indoor seating. Owner was present and pleasant. Food was delicious and made to order. Generous portion. Bonus point for having canned Dr. Pepper in stock!

  A beautifully designed family owned restaurant. Everything on their menu is a hit! I’ve never ordered something off their menu and didn’t like it. Even their desserts are perfect. Their cheesecake baklava is phenomenal; a perfectly balanced mix of two well loved desserts. Will never be disappointed visiting

  This is my new favorite restaurant in Chattanooga!! The food is all so incredibly flavorful and freshly prepared, and the Turkish tea is my new obsession. So easy to accommodate gluten and dairy free diets too with easily marked menu, and the staff is extremely detail oriented when accommodating special requests. The decor really takes you to another place and is very tranquil. My favorite part is how family friendly the restaurant is, with high chairs and anti choking devices clearly displayed and ready for use. Can’t wait to return again and again!

  My wife and I visit The Hummus Bowl regularly. The food is spectacular, and the way the bowls are designed, they are highly customizable to your tastes. Ingredients are always fresh, the flavor profiles are remarkable. And the portions are good. We have sampled several of their desserts, such as the baklava cheesecake. Quality is once again amazing. One thing to know about this restaurante is that it is a family owned business. This is not a big restaurant with fine dining. It is a bit more simple but intimate, like you are visiting family. We have gotten to know a couple of the workers, like Maram. For my wife and I, we enjoy going somewhere that not only has great food and a good atmosphere, but you are recognized and greeted with a warm welcome. Highly recommend!

  The Hummus Bowl is a not-so-hidden hidden gem. Great food served by an incredible family. We went there on a whim looking for good Mediterranean food and we got that and then some. The beef and lamb were excellent, the falafal balls were a treat, and the pistachio baklava was the best I've had, not sweet or syrupy, so you could really enjoy the filling. If you are in the area and looking for good food fast, I highly recommend this spot. This could easily be made into a place where you come in and spend a while enjoying the company of friends and family in a sit-down setting. You can still do that, but it is designed for turnover as you order from a screen and you seat yourself like a fast food restaurant. The restaurant is very clean, and the owners have included decor that underscores the authenticity of the food.
