Extremely disappointed with the service we received today. We ordered a **medium Baja Blast Freeze**, but when we got to the window, we were handed a regular Baja Blast instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the cashier responded, *"Oh... you ordered a freeze? I only heard Baja Blast... dang it..."* Clearly, the order had been entered incorrectly on his end.
My brother, being the non-confrontational person he is, said, "That's okay, can I just order one and pay for it?" Instead of correcting the mistake, the cashier replied, "Okay! A large?!" My brother awkwardly agreed. Then came the total: $5.01 for a single drink!!!!?!?! We had originally ordered a medium, not a large, and were already paying extra because of an error that wasn't ours. To make matters worse, when we received the drink, it was the smallest "large" I've ever seen. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. What was frustrating was that the cashier acknowledged the mistake was his, yet never offered to remake the correct drink or fix the order. Instead, we were expected to pay for a second drink because of an error we didn't make. Very disappointing customer service experience.
On top of that, after we drove away we noticed they forgot our cinnamon twists as well.
