  The service is getting slower every time I come. It doesn't make sense to be in drive thru for 10 minutes. If I wasn't stuck between 2 cars, I would've left.

  Ordered food in the drive through to take home. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Got home and opened my burger. It was a single burger patty with a whole block of cheese. 5 slices of cheese and 1 burger patty. My guess is that this was done because they ran out of the burger patties or something? Either way its very disappointing.

  This is by far the best sonic I've ever been in..I love the staff. There they are always nice and on point even when shirt staffed they have ur oder out n no time I also love the little manager she's got different color hair young.shes always willing to help someone and is always there always working doubles ...so I appreciate y'all sonic lol

  Paid extra for a 44oz peach mango refresher with my meal. The first one I received was sparkling, which is not what I ordered & as soon as I realized it, I came right back & asked to have it remade. The woman who answered the headset said it would be remade.” 10 minutes later I see two women walk outside to smoke a cigarette, & I hit the call button again, & asked if my drink was being remade & she said “oh sorry, let me get that made.” She then brought it out to me & said “sorry we have a new carhop.” The second drink I received is water with a little bit of the peach mango syrup in it. I understand that I interrupted their smoke break with my dinner order, but paying so much extra for a drink just for it to be made wrong again, & blamed on somebody else because she forgot she said it would be handled. Very displeased that I couldn’t actually try the drink I wanted because somebody needed a cigarette.

  Worst service EVER 2 or 3 ppl in the parking lot and I had to hit the button 6 times repeatedly for them to answer and then when they did told me to go through the drive through this location is terrible dont go here
