  Shi was so nasty I wish I could bring it back and get my money back lol idc about money but this food is terrible, I ate the nuggets and and threw the rest away, guess what I had a promo for half off this was still horrendous 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 these places will continue to serve us fake food if we don’t cause a ruckus clearly 🤣🤣🤣🤣 earth is funny but that food was terrible thanks for coming to my ted talk

  Didn't get order right at all didn't feel like driving back the one brought food to car act like she sure didn't feel like doing her job we got banana pudding blast extra cookies add bananas no bananas hardly any cookies and wasn't mixed well actually all was horrible I dobt give bad reviews u less it's bad

  I just wanted to express how pleased I was with this store. I am a regular, and always come to see Keirstan. She has a perfect attitude, very professional, and also very good with her crew. Always a smile, and friendly conversation. Sometimes it isn’t just about the food, it’s about the quality of good customer service. 😊

  I placed an app order, I got to the drive thru and had to wait about 5-6 mins for someone to even say anything. When she did finally come on the intercom she was laughing so much that she left me waiting for another 5-10 mins, I suppose to gather herself! I finally am able to let her know I have an app order! I had to repeat my name for her I know 3 times, I’m literally at this point shouting my name at her, I guess that would be because no one was focused on the customers and too focused on having a good time!! She yells my name to whoever was behind her as if I’m on her nerves!! Then I had to wait ANOTHER 10- 15 mins for something I did IN THE APP!!!! Service was complete trash and all that time waiting my food wasn’t EVEN fresh!! This doesn’t even include one of the male workers walking back into the restaurant smoking a blunt!!!

  Hands down worst experience I’ve had at a sonic location. The server that brought my food out was so rude for literally no reason. I had my window down before she even made it to my vehicle and when she got there she just basically started shoving the bag and drink through my window and was already turning to walk away before I even had the items in my hand. I was still trying to be polite and said Thank you and she didn’t respond in any way and I said have a good day and was again blatantly ignored. I’m still her while writing this and she has been doing the same thing with every car she goes to. This isn’t the first bad experience very similar to this that I’ve had here. It’s like they despise the fact that people choose to eat here. I will not be back to this location and I don’t recommend anyone goes here.
