  I visited this sonic 08/19/2026 at 10:35pm. I had a mobile order and when I got there I waited 10 minutes on my food to come out and nobody came so I went to the drive thru to get it. My food was made incorrectly and when I asked for it to be remade the lady in the drive thru had a horrible attitude and the cook was digging in his nose and eating his boogers and proceeded to touch food without washing his hands nor wearing gloves.

  Order a Burguer and fries, the meat was so gross, old oil, black, burn, same with the fries all burn and gross, when it was returned all we got was horrible service, the girl didnt even see the burger and show she didnt care at all NO even apologize ! Just slam the window, we waited and got a refund! No apologies no care from the people they have.

  I stopped going to Sonic several years ago due to consistently bad service at multiple locations. But it had been awhile so I decided to give them another chance. Nothing has changed. This happened at Sonic on Shallowford Rd in Chattanooga TN. I pulled into the car bay, ordered, and was given my total. Several cars came and left the drive through while I waited. 15 minutes later a voice came over the speaker asking "I'm sorry, but did you order something "? Really? By that time I had to get to my next appointment and couldn't wait for them to start my order. So...the moral is, Sonic STILL sucks and I'll take my business elsewhere.

  Food is great, hot and fresh. The issue happened when I gave $20.20 cash for an $18.18 order. After a moment, Jariah slid back open the drive thru window and said “do you want your 2 cents?”. To which I replied with a smile “no, you can keep the 2 cents” bc cmon now, it was funny! Well, she closed the window and I proceeded to wait a few minutes for my food. She gave me the bag of food, then the foot long coney container, saying hold on let me get your diet Dr. Pepper. She came back with it, I said thank you and drove away. Only realizing after I was on the freeway headed south that I didn’t get my $2 change! Well, I wasn’t going to turn around and go back, so Jariah that’s your tip along with my 2 cents to say “pay attention to the details young lady ;)”

  I love sonic however the last 2 times we went the food was not good onion rings were so over cooked and I told them don't fry them so hard BUT they still did had to trash them
