Do not eat there, terrible food and service. My card was charged twice. I asked for my
Money back and the server and I got into a argument and she threw the burgers through my car . She called the police and said that I assaulted her and tried to have me arrested. I was told that I could have her arrested
. I reported her to Sonic headquarters and requested that she be fired immediately. The police said that the Brainerd Road location had problems all the time with disrespectful employees.

The service wasn't great at all. When I got my tots they weren't fresh, they were rock hard, even tho I requested them to be soft. They exchanged them for a fry as requested but they were disappointing as well, and when I paid, I waited for my change but she never came back til I pressed the call button and requested my change. Not very friendly. Good luck if you visit there. I hope your service is much better than mine.

The last 2 times I've been here have been a crazy long wait and my food and drink were both wrong unfortunately. I didn't want to wait another 20 mins for the correction.

Every time I go here, I end up waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes for a drink! Even after ordering ahead 10 minutes prior to arriving. The staff moves slow, service is terrible. I feel bad for the carhops who have to face the upset customers. This has to be a management issue.

I’ve been here 30 minutes and still haven’t been served.
I spent 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting for someone to answer the speaker. No response. I pulled around to a stall and waited another 15 minutes. Still nothing.
I finally flagged down an employee who told me they make $7.25/hr, only 3 people were working today, and one person walked out yesterday. I don’t blame them.
If you’re paying staff federal minimum wage in 2026 and running a store with 3 people, this is what you get: no service and customers leaving angry. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. You can’t expect employees or customers to take you seriously when you operate like this.
