  This the worst sonic in Chattanooga.No care slow service fries where old and cold and greasy. U can't hear the person on the speaker for years this has been the worst sonic time to turn it into something else

  Placed a mobile order. 2 burgers, shake & 2 fries. The app said it'd be ready at 4:01pm. I pulled in at 4:03pm. Pulled to a stall & pressed red button as indicated by app and told my name for the order. The response I got??? "FOR WHO???" I repeated the name & then nothing. No acknowledgement, no it'll be ready in a few....just silence. 10 minutes later a young lady comes out & asks if I had the order for Jane Doe. I say yes and she hands me the bag and walks off. Wth?? Does Sonic not believe in customer service and courtesy? Friendliness and smiles? We will NOT be returning. Burgers weren't seasoned, fries not good. Would NOT recommend!!!!

  Staff were extremely rude after I came to pick up a mobile order. Told them I was there to pick up at the screen and just got left with silence for about 5 minutes. The girl that came out was also rude, I won't order from here again.

  No. Just no. They are consistently disappointing. Either no ice, no burritos, cash only, broken fryer, broken shake machine.. crazy.

  I had a couple of problems but the management and staff (Lila and KD) were very kind and fixed it without an issue. The only issue is that their phone number must not be working or something, because I called the day before and the next day to let them know of the issue to no avail. I ended up going to the location directly and had the issue resolved.
