    Like every Sonic in the area.... Insane slow service. I almost get the impression that they are doing it on purpose so people give up and leave so they don't have to serve them because when I get to the window I can see several people inside, so they are not under staffed.

    This one on 58 hwy. Is sorry. I wish I could give a - star. It would be -10 . Friday night me and my wife stopped by on way home. It was about 1230. We done a curb side order. We noticed 2 cars just sitting in drive thur. The app. Said order was completed and being prepared. We sitting there 20min. Cars moved one by one out of drive thur. Very slowly. My wife finally told me to go thur drive thur. So I did by now it's been 30 minutes . The lady finally answered We told her we had a curb side but no one come. She proceeds to tell us that there's no order by that name. Getting smart with us just pull to window. We did this young lady came to window, we told here and showed the order on phone. She also said we don't have that order. I told my wife before we got to the window she just gave that car our food. I said that to say she told us that car had this same order. We knew she was lying because when she gave the lady the order, she looked fun and when they gave her order she pulled off and stopped 2 times like she was trying to decide if she should tell them but she finally pulled off. The young lady in window was rude also . We finally got our food pulled off just to pull back around my wife cheese sticks wasn't in the bag nor any sauces. I had chicken nuggets the didn't even put the sauce in there for them. My wife asked for sauce for her cheese sticks that we put on the order on the app. She tell us that will be 50 cents because the app. Doesn't let you pay for sauce. We will never go there in life. I would rather eat food in trash before I go there not even for a cup of ice. AND THEN ON TOP OFF ALL THAT THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND OLD. SO THANK YOU BUT NO THANKS. OH YEAH I FORGOT THE YOUNG LADY IN THE WINDOW HAD A PINK VAPE IN HER HAND THE WHOLE TIME, WHICH LET ME KNOW SHE PROBABLY BE SMOKING IN THE RESTAURANT.

    You can’t ask a customer to pull up after your forget half their order and then also forget the customer. People here refuse to car hop. Go work somewhere else then. Or here is a radical idea. Put the entire order in the bag the first time.

    We went here and had to wait a very long time to order after placing the button. But were understanding we get it things back up 😁 After we ordered our food we waited almost 40 minutes. We watched as the drive thru line had people going through after we ordered who showed up after us. And Once again we get that some people have small or simple orders. But after 6 cars went through it was frustrating. Then, they tried giving us the wrong order which was way less than we ordered. To top it all off after ordering we tried to pay and the machine wouldn't work. So, they had too take in our payment after already waiting that long for the food. I hope they learn efficiency amongst themselves! Not too be 100% negative my burger was divine and made to order considering I have allergies to tomatoes and they have yet to mess up my no tomato order. We've been to this one several times in the past 2 weeks. The tots, however were dry and had no salt.
