Ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 15 minutes after the scheduled time. BTW we only ordered 2 drinks and 1 burger, and both the drinks were messed up and had to be remade.

No one would answer the red button at the stall. I ordered online and it finally showed my order was on its way and then that disappeared and now it will not show my order and keeps asking me to push the red button to activate. I have already paid for my meal and they are not bringing my food. I have waited for 20+ minutes with NO response.

This is the worst restaurant in Lookout Valley. I made a complaint about the cold food to their customer complaint line and have been asked for my sonic app as proof even after submitting a copy of the receipt and pictures of the horrible cold food. I would not eat there. They serve garbage and I bet their family and friends don't get that garbage. And when I called the store because items were wrong and missing I was told there was nothing they could do for me. The store doesn't care about their customers at all.

They wouldn't take our order during normal hours of operation. Granted, it was 15 mins before they closed for the night, but still well within time frame they should accept business. Sorry employees, open til midnight means you gotta fulfill orders until then.
