  We ordered take out pepperoni black olives the guy that made it his name was Joshua that pizza was so good he slammed that I called him and told him the crust was just like years ago that dude really knows his pizza he is a keeper trust me I am very picky about my pizza it was delicious

  Ordered a pizza there via the web - It's an hour past my quoted delivery time, I call the shop - I'm told my order was canceled because theyre out of large pan crusts. That's fine, however I was never notified and continued waiting like a jackass. My fault for assuming making a phone call is a little much to ask.

  This place is ridiculous! Not only was the staff ignoring everyone in the store, the picture is how they cut up our pizza. Seriously?! This is how we handle ourselves now. How ridiculous. And then, when my husband asks for cheese and peppers, the guy never gives it to him. He had to go get them himself! 🤬

  This had to be the best order I've received from pizza hut! I called and requested a modifier to my order that was not available through the app and spoke to management directly he was a pleasure to speak with and as stated best one I've had in years from here! When food arrived it was hot and so delicious we all sat and bragged about it. I don't know what changed but it sure is for the best! Keep up the good work! Will be by to drop off extra tip for my driver he was so patient and polite given he was texting me for 4 minutes trying to get gate code, before I realized my phone was on sleep mode. He still made sure we got our food and was very polite and personable. Just wanted to give a good review when it is due! Thank you East brainard crew!

  So this is the second time coming to this location , my first time here was great. No complaints at all. But I went In there today 07/24/26 and when I walk in , there are about 14 people standing in the lobby. While I sit there not knowing what to do, everyone is just standing there watching one guy work, after watching this guy work for roughly 10 minutes, a woman at the front was trying to get anyone’s attention behind the counter and they were ignoring her. Finally the man that everyone is watching work, he comes and asks people crowded at the counter what their names were and starts handing out orders. He helps about 5 people and then , without letting anyone know what’s going on, goes back to cutting pizzas and pulling things out of the oven. Everyone just looks at each other and shrugs their shoulders. About 15 more minutes pass and he finally comes back to the counter and starts helping people again. He FINALLY gets to me and he hands me my pizza . I made the mistake of asking for a side of garlic sauce and for about 3 to 4 minutes, he is tapping around on his iPad register I guess trying to figure out how to charge me for the sauce. Goes to the computer in the back and plays around with that for a while, comes back to the computer up front and messes with it. He couldn’t figure out how to charge me so he let me just have one. I understand that a place can get swamped and they looked shorthanded as well, but let people know what the situation is . Don’t just leave us sitting there without communicating with us about why it’s taking so long. I could not even understand this guy speak the two words out of his mouth because he is so quiet. Plus our pizza and pasta tasted terrible. And the guy completely destroyed our pepperoni pizza. For some reason it will not upload my picture of the pepperoni pizza but it looks terrible.
