  The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The store was clean and comfortable. After I ordered and paid I asked for extra pizza sauce on the side. I asked how much and was told, no charge. The pizza tastes amazing and the price was better than all other competitors by far.

  The new night manager has some kind of attitude problem he seems to be triggered by the general public not only is the door locked and you have to ask permission just to enter but when you get inside he yells at you like you're trying to trick him or something and he doesn't even let you walk up to the counter and peace you have to State your business from the door. This feels more like a jail than an actual restaurant. Okay good money for these pizzas there's no reason to abuse your customers like this this guy needs a different job or to go to therapy or both.

  Never Received My Order From Their Store. They are using DOOR DASH as delivery, but aren’t making sure orders are fulfilled and making sure customers are 100% satisfied with their service. I called to check on my order and it was brushed off as if no one is accountable #DoBetterDelivery #HANGRY

  I ordered a pizza here while at Erlanger East as my wife had just given birth and was very hungry. We ordered the pizza (1.6 miles away) and were given an estimate of 45 min delivery. I waited 1 1/2 hours and called back. I was told by the guy that took my order that his driver had showed up and tried to call and that he had as well but the call would not go through. He had confirmed my name by making sure it matched what he saw on his caller ID when I ordered. However, when I called back and asked why he didn’t go to his caller ID when he figured out the number he wrote down was wrong, he said he didn’t have caller ID and that they were very busy so it would be another hour. So at this point I still have a hungry wife that wasn’t able to eat for 25 hrs. So I ordered from Pizza Hut and they had it here in 10 minutes. Go to Pizza Hut in this area as Papa Johns obviously doesn’t need your business or care to own up to their mistakes. Super terrible service!!!
