  This place helped me pass my classes haha very calming atmosphere to do computer work. And the soups in a sourdough bread are the best. I have tried all of them and they are my comfort foods. The crème brûlée bites are my favorite, sad they are only seasonal :/ the chai latte is also very delicious here. Love Panera Bread!

  I had a drink subscription before and I let it go for the same reason i'm going to let the subscription go again but permanently. If I order hot tea typically , there is no hot water and I have to request it and then wait. If I place an order for coffee, they bump it off the screen, then I have to stand in line to get to explain that my order is not on the screen but also it's not at the rapid pick up shelf. Today, I ask explained it to one employee, and she looked confused.So then another one came up and wanted me to explain it again after I stood in the line and waited.And i'm just done this is such a hassle , it's not worth having. I don't know about everyone else but there's a ton of places around town where I can get a drink and not go through a bunch of hassle after work when I am tired and not in the mood.

  Can we just go ahead and bulldoze this location down and put something useful in its place? Panera as a chain failed us when they stopped baking their own breads. Now this location has gotten so bad the past few months they cant even have coffee ready or even brew coffee most mornings. Average wait time for them to get a pot ready is over 30 minutes. Why is something as simple as having coffee prepared by 8am a difficult task? Not to mention many times there's signs like we didnt order coffee filters.... come on people. Who ever brought in this new management crew should be ashamed. RIP panera bread 😭

  First, I haven't been here in years and now I understand why. The store is filthy. The floor is sticky and the team members were having disagreements out loud where I could hear. I placed my order at 10:17, it is now 10:41 and I'm just receiving my order (6 bagels and cream cheese). The only clerk that noticed was a young lady who was working behind the counter food prep area. She asked my name because she noticed that I was standing there for some time (by this time it had been 15 minutes). She looked up my order and said that she didnt see the order in the system. She went and got the manager, Olivia, and she came to view the computer. I received no apology from the person who is the GM and that made sense as to why the store and staff were in this state. My husband had been the GM of restaurants for almost 20 years and the first thing that should have been offered was an apology. She called out my order to make sure that it was what I wanted only to find that they were out of the Everything bagels. They finally sliced and toasted and handed me my order. I will be telling others, but it seems by the 4 star overall review status, many people have complained. I take customer service very serious being a business owner for 15 years with a high 5 star rating. This entire experience was horrible and I understand that mistakes will happen, but the recovery from that mistake was unacceptable. Olivia, the GM, never made eye contact and once the staff began prepping my order, she disappeared to the back without engaging me, the customer whose order was very late, without as much as an "I apologize for that oversight. Let us make this right for you. " I'm highly disappointed and knew that I should have went to Neidlovs which is my go to, but this location is by my house, so I gave it a try after not coming here for some years.

  Panera, what happened? Who hurt you? Something is obviously going on, & whatever it is, it’s not good. Allegedly, there have been changes in leadership at this location in recent months, & it shows. Also, not in a good way. Staff are not as kind or approachable as they were in the past. Instead, they seem put upon, unorganized, and stressed. They used to smile, & take pride in their food & service. They used to have fun. Food that used to be outstanding is now mid. Worse, if the order is incorrect. The building is very unkempt - it looks like a strong wind would take it down. Not only that, it’s just… dirty. I saw trash bags lingering outside the back door as if they were forgotten. As things have changed, it seems that pride, kindness, & integrity have also left the building. Of course, I don’t actually expect too much out of poor leadership - these things happen from the top. I’d implore them to do better, but…
