  So, there’s a manager named Kyanna or maybe I’m spelling it wrong. But she’s at the 153 location, and her intercom wasn’t working or something, and I had been saying “hello hello hello?” and no one ever said a word. So I pulled around and told the lady I just never got anybody at the drive thru so I pulled around, and I was NOT rude at all. But she was rolling them eyes so hard I can’t believe they didn’t get stuck in the back of her head, and looking me up and down (from my car lol) like she showing me her attitude on purpose I guess. She was just saying her intercom was messing up and I would have been like yes girl you’re fine! But no, she didn’t say it like that. She said it as if she had already told me this 20 other times. Put a smile on your face lady! You have a job and you get to be a manager! Enjoy it while you can!

  Will leave you sitting outside in a parking space the other day then today I seen her come out with my drinks go back in get another order was so then someone else brought mine and the other girl was still walking around the parking lot trying to find a car that was not in a space for pick up

  Mother's Day 10:42 in the morning.... Been here for 15 minutes in a drive-thru for an iced coffee. Watch two workers walk outside together to deliver a small bag of food to someone that had also been waiting. Unbelievable. Finally got my coffee paid an extra dollar 19 to get extra flavoring and there's absolutely no flavoring in the coffee. Y'all need to step up your game because this used to be the best McDonald's in town.

  Inside is always filthy. Service does bare minimum. Food… well it’s fast food. I don’t expect gourmet, but if there’s a way to make McDonalds food more disgusting, this place finds the way. Literally the nastiest McDonalds I’ve visited in the country. I travel for work and I’ve had a few McDonalds surprise me with good quality food, nostalgic of the McDonalds from when I was a kid. This particular location really is the worst. You know the restaurant is nasty when the food tastes like old grease. Food is packaged in greasy containers with literal greasy hand prints on the boxes and wrappers. Everything is thrown together in a sloppy haphazard way. My dogs won’t even touch the food from this location. They will from others. There is constantly complaints about this location and its management, but nothing changes or gets better, so the best we can do is warn each other and hopefully watch them go out of business. Between the grease, old dried out cheese and mystery crap on burger patties from using a dirty grill, save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

  Both of our burgers were clearly cooked hours, if not days, before we ordered them. The patties were black, shriveled, and crunchy, with an off-putting taste. My wife's ask for extra onions was on our receipt, but hers came with no onions. We force-fed ourselves these nasty "crispy critters", having spent $9.48 for them. We have both been in the bathroom several times since on the following day. This experience has convinced us both to make healthier eating decisions in the future, and I suppose we have this location to thank. Neither we, nor our kids, will be looking in McDonald's direction again for future meals.
