- STSteve Trebing1 day ago1.0I eat at Jimmy John’s all over the country where I travel, this was the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s, normally it’s very good, the sandwiches fell apart the bread broke in half not good at all. Bread tasted like it was stale. Thankfully this was been my only bad experience with Jimmy John’s.

I tried to call about 2 hours later to check on it and told me to hold and just put the phone off the hook. I called with my office phone and the same thing happened. After about 30 mins not coming to the phone nor answering multiple calls, I proceeded to the store in person while still on hold. As soon as I got into the store, I saw the phones off the hook, 2 people working, and only 1 table of 4 people. I then asked him about my order and asked him why they don’t answer the phone. The guy making the sandwiches in the back started saying something under his breath mumbling towards me. They hadn’t even started making my order yet! I demanded my money back. Mind you this is 2 hrs after i placed the order. The workers unfazed; didn’t care. I mean I get it, some people are there just for a paycheck but dang at least answer the phones. 1. Incompetent workers 2. “Freaky” SLOW.

Skimpy meat, cheese but plenty of shredded LETTUCE, the cheapest part of the sandwich. I would NEVER eat at Jimmy John's personally & won't order again professionally
