  Love love love . Can't remember the guy's name behind the counter but he was awesome and the sandwiches were perfect. Highly recommend

  I come for the food. However, Lately I keep coming back because of the service. This location has an absolutely phenomenal team in place. I want to give a special shout out to Leechy. He has such an amazing attitude and is just a pleasure to do business with. If you’re having a rough day… I highly recommend stopping by this Jimmy John’s location for a great pick me up. As a bonus, I recommend asking to say hello to Leechy! I promise you’ll leave with a smile every time.

  I ordered 2 sandwiches. The first was perfectly fine and the second had no meat at all on the sandwich. This is the second time this has happened. It was a deliery order so i called the store to let them know what happened. They offered to remake it and i agreed to pick it up in store. When i arrived, nobody was aware of my order problems. I was asked for a receipt and the sandwich as proof of the error. I mentioned the phone call and that i was not told to do anything but arrive for the replacement sub. Even though i called the sub was not ready for pick up and at this point i have inconvenienced myself to pay a delivery fee, tip, and still have to drive back to the store to correct my order only to he interrogated by staff who didnt even have the courtesy to put my sandwich in a bag. Again this is not the first time I have had this specific problem. It seems that during any BOGO deal one sandwich is specifically missing protein. I will be sticking with the downtown location.
