  Went to jimmy john after my girls day out and the person taking my order was a vibe 100 percent! Amazing customer service and kept calling me doll very sweet! The recipient said leechy, they definitely had amazing customer service and was very sweet plus the sandwich was delicious as always!

  Typical entitled kids working here. The staff forgot to add mayo and lettuce to an order. I simply gave them the sandwich back and asked for them to correct it.... the little girl making sandwich pointed at mayo packets and told me to add it myself. Bad enough the order wasn't correct could have done without attitude.

  Maybe this location should take note from Chick Fil A. Every time we go to this location the staff is not friendly and make you seem like you are a hassle to them. Today’s visit thru the drive thru and ordering 1 sandwich clearly was inconvenient for a lady by the name of Yolanda working the drive thru. She was not friendly and never once smiled. I asked for a receipt and she told me it was in the bag so before I pulled away I looked and the was not a receipt. She looked at me through the window and I could see her get annoyed that I was still there. She came to the window and I told her there was no receipt so she then hollered at another associate and he printed off one and tried to hand it to her to give it to me and she didn’t want to. He then had to walk to the window and hand it to me. For the life of me, I don’t understand why companies hire rude people representing their company. This JJ’s should be embarrassed by their associates and need to fire her.

  Don’t expect to receive your catering order from this location. Over an hour late and counting and still no food.

  Jimmy John’s took great care of us and made sure our order was made right. The sandwiches that they made for my friend and I were delicious and we’re very grateful..
