    I enjoyed lunch here! Jasmine made my sandwich, and she was pleasant, patient, and did a great job arranging the protein and condiments on the bread. I do wish they offered a few more condiment options, but overall, my sandwich was really good and I had a good experience.

    This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Every employee had a rude, unprofessional attitude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. The meat and cheese on my sandwich were warm instead of properly chilled, which immediately raised concerns about food safety. After making my sandwich, the employee simply handed it to me with no bag, no receipt, no napkins, and no chips that were supposed to come with the order. When I pointed it out, they acted as if it was somehow my fault instead of correcting the mistake professionally. To make matters worse, the employees looked unkempt and as though they hadn't bathed in days, which is the last thing you want to see in a place that prepares food. It's no surprise the restaurant was nearly empty during the middle of the lunch rush. Overall, the food handling, customer service, and cleanliness were all unacceptable. I would not recommend eating here. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and maintains basic standards of hygiene. Keep far away from this place!!!!!!!!!

    Jimmy John's used to be pretty good. Now this company rations every little thing down to the napkins, it's utterly ridiculous. Charging for every little thing. In the combo section, a pickle slice is considered a side...what the Hell?! This place is only good if you literally don't have any other options for lunch. Nearly $20 with tip when it's all said and done.

    Around 12:30 on 6/01/2026 Walked in. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter. 1 cashier was taking orders at the front. I approached the counter and the cashier was chewing food the whole time. The cashier with the maroon curly hair. She never said a word to me. She had chip crumbs all over her mouth. It was weird. I felt awkward, so I just started telling her my order. She didn't even tell me my total just waited for me to pay. I paid with card and she didn't give me a receipt. Just handed the ticket to the man making sandwiches. I grabbed my own cup. Went to get a drink and was kind of annoyed by a different worker holding a cup waiting on me to finish getting my drink so she could get some strawberry lemonade. The workers here are eating and drinking the product, behind the counter and not really working on anything. Barely could be bothered to press the buttons for my order. The food was OK. But because I did all the talking, I forgot to mention I wanted my sub toasted. The workers here are ridiculous. I don't know why there are so many there. They really only prioritize the drive thru. What a weird experience. I will not be back to this location.

    This location is beautiful but the employee is rude and doesn’t care he seems unhappy with our visit me and my family i will never go back to this place again
