  Most unfriendly worker this time. 1 worker at dinner on a Saturday so he couldn't keep up. Second time there and the bathrooms are out of order. They keep them out of order so they don't have to clean them.

  The male worker with the glasses needs an attitude check!! He was so rude to my mom and I on Mother’s Day! The other employee was also unkind and not welcoming whatsoever.

  I work across the street so decided to go over and get something to eat. The WORST customer service experience. I walked up to counter to order and the kid wouldn’t even acknowledge me so I say “Hi how are you?” All he said was what do you want. He looked stoned out of his mind and like I was inconveniencing him. I asked if they had anything gluten free. He says “I don’t know.” So I waited for some more response but nope. So I asked if he could find out. I had to suggest to him to ask his co-worker. He seemed put off by everything. When I said thank you here I left I got a “mhm.” Shame on this establishment for hiring such incompetent and untrained employees. This place will go out of business eventually if this continues. I won’t be back.

  Freaky fast? Never heard of her. Over the last 3 years, I have tried this location a few times with worse results every time. I live about a mile away. I ordered through the JJ app at 7:21pm. I called at 8:21pm to see what the deal was, and they said that they were waiting for me to call and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said no, that I wanted the food. At 8:43pm I got a notification that JJ sent this order via Uber Eats to deliver, and exactly 40 minutes after that at 9:23pm it delivered to me. So, it took 2 hours and 2 minutes for me to have the privilege of spending $50 on 3 sandwiches. This was definitely the last time.

  Jimmy gave up on the speed and now it's just subway, but slower, and with Too Many Cooks doing absolutely nothing but hanging out while everyone waits forever for even a single sandwich with zero other people in the place. 3.2 stars is much too generous *Responding to the response* Hey there, please remind employees to work WHILE they talk. I had to listen to a ten minute conversation about who likes and dislikes what foods. They would literally all completely stop what they were doing to answer or to hear another person answer. They were actually just standing w bread in their hands talking for nearly the entire duration of my visit. (Even had to wait a full minute or more before the guy at the register took my order. That's after he saw me standing directly in front of him....) And not making any food for anyone. Either have a manager that can do their job on all shifts, or rehire the whole lunch crew. It was absolutely ridiculous and beyond childish.
