Completely forgot to ask them to avoid cross contamination, but I didn’t need to. The cook bagged our food & fries separately so there would be no cross contamination and informed me they did so. I was so grateful! Management, you’ve got a great team!

I gave a generous tip in the app were I ordered and they made the people who ordered ahead wait untill the "rush" was over. I work in the area and thought it would save time. I wish I could have my tip back.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
