At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

The chicken in the BBQ fries was cold, fresh out of the fridge cold while the rest was warm. Sweet Tea was really good. Good atmosphere and friendly staff, just disappointed in the food.
- AMAlison McCombs4 days ago5.0Loved this spot! Exactly what I needed after a long day of travel and a 2.5 hour drive with traffic from Atlanta on a Friday evening into town. I easily came in, ordered, and found a table while I waited for my meal. The vibes were relaxed and the service was friendly. I ordered my standard - a pulled pork with Cole slaw, potato salad and beans. Since it was my first visit, I got a free small portion of their banana pudding and it was GOOD. I sat on the back patio and enjoyed people-watching and relaxing after the drive on my first few moments in town. Smoked pulled pork was delicious and I enjoyed their house BBQ sauce on the table as well. Everything was good - the potato salad was also really delicious. Will absolutely bring my husband next time he's with me, he would love this place!

The food was at a great value and was also delicious! Loved the brisket, casserole grits, green beans (all of it really), and the kids devoured the burgers! Don’t miss this bbq when in Chatanooga! Don’t forget to try Nashville style either.

Kids were running around crazy out on the patio and around the coke machine. The turkey and mac & cheese were good. The pork and the beans had a taste I didn't care for, but I am sure other people do. They were out of ribs and brisket at 7:30 on a Wednesday. If we didn't live so far, we would probably give them another try. However, we are not going to make an effort to go back.

I started feeling sick before we ordered. We tried to eat outside hoping it would be cooler. It was not. There was only 2 fans outside. We could not finish our meal due to getting sick from the heat. Staff said the air system was old and was struggling to catch up. The patio had play houses for kids. That was a nice feature.
