At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

- EKEric K6 days ago4.0Brisket was a bit dry. Cheddar jalapeño sausage was fantastic. Went later in the evening. May have been why brisket was a bit dry. Would for sure try it again.

The food arrived on time (and actually a bit early!) and was completely accurate. The employee who dropped it off was kind and courteous and did a great job setting up the buffet. The food was incredible and we received rave reviews. We will absolutely be back to dine in and use them again for catered events in the future.

Edley’s looked like it would fit the bill: local-ish chain, interesting location in a part of the city we wanted to check out, and fair prices. The place looks great, nice theme, lots of outdoor seating, and ordering at a counter like a real BBQ joint. Smelled good too, but it was pretty empty on a Friday at 6 pm. The employees were very friendly, even giving us free banana pudding when they found out it was our first time. I had good expectations, but the food disappointed. We split a full rack of ribs with sides. Ribs were dry and tough and lacked flavor. They were not cut individually which is not a deal breaker for me but armed with only a butter knife to get through them it was a struggle. One sauce choice (good flavor). Mac and cheese had the consistency of paste and mediocre flavor. Backed beans looked good but just tasted off. Banana pudding, last chance to pull up the score - just NO. I would not recommend.
