  DONE WITH DUNKIN’ Went to this location at 7:40am and already out of the donuts we wanted. Chocolate glazed and blueberry. Then they couldn’t figure out how to refund me. All the Dunkin Donuts in Chattanooga need to be shut down and re-evaluated with better management. Part of the problem is they don’t make the donuts in house anymore and sub them out. Several to a bakery in Ringgold, GA and some to Knoxville, TN. This is the 3rd location we’ve visited in the last month and it’s absolutely pathetic. The other 2 locations were completely out of donuts when we went in midday. Krispy Kreme is 100% the best and never out of donuts! People wonder why Dunkin went out of the Chattanooga area in the late 90s; well this is why. We will NEVER be back to Chattanooga area DD’s.

  No hello no nothing. Basic what you here for. Placed mobile order.... walked in. Yes it was busy. But 1st question.. are you here place an order. Probably because kiosk was available to lazy help customer.

  Been to this location about 3 time so far. My Ice coffee was perfect each time. Food was perfect also. I will be returning

  New store but not ready for prime time. 2 people required to take an order for 2 standard hot coffees with cream and sugar. The order was wrong when we got it an 1 of the coffees had nothing in it.
