  Very loud, waitress was okay but dinner & coffee were not hot when we FINALLY got it. I was in Chattanooga to see my son off on a deployment to the middle east for a year & this place was conveniently located. Never again. The greeters or whatever they are called should be trained that greeting also includes the attitude of pleasant and/or welcoming. If someone has a kitsch-dish from this place - have at it. I won't go back.

  I've visited the Hamilton Place Dave n Busters twice now in the last few weeks . I've had two of the best bartenders take care of me both visits . Their names are India and Olivia both are very friendly, very helpful with the food and drink menus. If you are in the Chattanooga area and want a fun night out of dining and playing every sort of video game imagable some set at their bar they will take great care of you ...

  A Great Experience! I had a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster’s, thanks in large part to an amazing young lady named Makayla who provided outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, and had the brightest smile—it genuinely made the whole experience better. She was attentive, professional, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our visit. You could tell she takes pride in making her guests feel welcome. Great service can really make a difference, and she definitely went above and beyond. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have someone like her on the team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We came here for vacation from Alabama and we done a lot of things and this was one of the best things we got to do. The kids had so much fun and so did I. We got the $55 power card you can get a $4.99 entree if you get a power card, there are different options but for us the $55 power card was the best option. You get unlimited play but you can only get 1500 tickets from the game. Thats the only downside we would’ve had so many tickets if it wasn’t like that. They had a huge variety of games. The service was great. Austin was our server. He was a sweetheart. He checked on us a lot, made sure we had everything we needed. He was great. He was super nice and quick. I’d definitely recommend going there if you are ever around the area. Definitely worth the money. It was pretty empty which was great. My son has autism and the crowds here have been awful but he could run around here and have fun without worrying about getting lost in the crowds. When we first got there, a few people were there but we stayed until closing. This is also one of the only places around that stay open past 5pm. They closed at 12.We could’ve stayed there all day

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Maylynn! We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s, and Maylynn made it even better! She was incredibly attentive, sweet, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to have as our server. She gave us great recommendations, was quick to check on us, and provided fast, perfect service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have someone who clearly cares about making sure her guests have a great time. Maylynn definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. If you’re there, ask for her—you won’t be disappointed! 🎉❤️
