  I went here for USA vs Belgium and had a server named Austin. Austin was fantastic, he was very friendly, accommodating, and ensured our orders were accurate. My biggest problem with my visit is how short staffed/ understaffed it was. I left a 5 star review because it could have definitely been an issue of not having enough staff to accommodate the amount of guests, but each server definitely needed less tables you could tell they were running around like crazy.

  We came for the World Cup game & sat down at 7:15pm. The game started at 8pm & we got our appetizer & beer at 7:45. I understand fully that the unlimited wing deal doesn't start until game start but we waited almost an hour before we got our 2nd beers & never got our wings & fries. Would NOT recommend coming here to eat at all. I also would understand if it was packed & the kitchen was backed up but it there were maybe 10 tables full. There should’ve been a kitchen plan in place.

  Very friendly staff, very clean gaming area, and a very fun day! Shout out to Lily for going above and beyond helping with a older non working powercard.

  We took a big party in and had reservations. They decided to split it between servers. The one server was quick but never check to make sure everything was okay. Food was not make to customer request. One order was completely forgotten and didn’t arrive until everyone was finished. One person didn’t even get their side of fries until it was time to leave and they were cold. The manager never once approach the table besides to ask what channel we were requesting yet never changed it. After waiting for 40 minutes for tabs to come out because the server had no idea who’s food was who’s, then many mistakes. It took over an hour to get check out. The manager literally just stood there and watched. She never jumped in to help, offer to make it right and we still have to pay the gratuity. It was a complete disappointment. Never had a horrible experience at a Dave and Buster before but I would highly encourage you to seek entertainment elsewhere unless you have hours to wait on waitstaff.

One of the best parts is walking around and deciding which game to try next. It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re competing for high scores, collecting tickets, and trying your luck at the prize games. There’s enough variety that everyone in the group can find something they enjoy. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great energy without feeling chaotic. Even with plenty of people enjoying themselves, there was still room to move around and play comfortably. The food and drinks provide a nice break between gaming sessions, making it easy to spend several hours here without needing to leave. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, entertaining the kids, or just looking for something different to do, Dave & Buster’s is a great choice. Overall, it’s a fun, exciting, and entertaining experience that brings out the kid in everyone. Come ready to play, compete, and leave with a smile—and maybe a few prizes.
