- ZZZOA4 days ago5.0Shoutout to Adrian & David!!!! We came in to eat while in town for softball from KY and ordered a quesadilla and one of the guys told me I had to get out of line and order it online. Adrian said to him “can we just make an exception this one time?” The guy was not happy then David stepped in. I told both of them I have never heard of that and I’m sorry I don’t want to be difficult but in KY they will make in store, and I had never heard of this. Adrian said he only wanted to make what the customer wants and apologized for it being different at their store. David and Adrian were so kind and helpful and got it done for us and that is what customer service is all about! Thanks guys!!!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service has really gone downhill. The kids working in there have an attitude for no reason and rice is constantly undercooked. Very disappointing!

Im not talking about a random nose scratch, I'm talking about digging for gold! Was not greeted at all when I entered the building nor while placing order. I prayed that guy wasn't in charge of making the food, you know, boogie picker. Well. It was him all around the food, touching everything, not washing hands, gross gross gross....At this point I'm completely disgusted and ordered the chicken bowl for my baby pup Lola, no way I'm eating boogies. I should have turned around and walked out!! Why did I not just walk out?! STUPID mistake on my part. The chicken was so burnt, Lola wouldn't even eat it. Straight to the trash it went. Huge waste of money. Didn't get told thank you or bye. I actually don't believe the guy spoke to me at all except for the total of my order. Passing my order to me saying "here" and pushed the bag to me. You could tell the place had a bad environment right off the bat. No one smiling at all. The place had customers but no one talking or being acknowledged, a sense of impatience from employees and customers. If you hate your job that bad, go work somewhere else instead of making everyone around you feel like an inconvenience. Where's management in this? Maybe train your employees in customer service and cleanliness!! There's NO way I could EVER recommend this Chipotle to anyone!! Seriously, food so bad my puppy wouldn't even eat it and she's tore it up plenty of times before. Non existent customer service, radio blaring so loud, I kept wondering if the cashier could hear me or not. DISGUSTING place! Will never return to this business. Ruined me for life on Chipotle. Do NOT recommend.
