The food was absolutely terrible — everything we received was stale, unpleasant, and tasted like it was not fresh at all. The dishes were served cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time or poorly reheated. On top of that, the hygiene was unacceptable. I even found a long black hair in my yogurt and in the fruit, which is completely disgusting and inexcusable. This is a serious health concern and shows a complete lack of care in food preparation. The service was also very disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and did not take any responsibility when issues were pointed out. It felt like they didn’t care at all. I will definitely not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
