- MDMyles DanielOct 7, 20263.0Tony was your cashier this morning and he humiliated me. I ordered two meals and when he asked if I wanted to make them large I said yes. I got the meals without hash browns. I politely asked the expediter if hash brown still came with the meals. She politely pointed out that was not on the order. I said I did order the meal and Tony turned around and snapped at me that I did not. Not only did he humiliate me in front of other customers he called me a liar. I know what I order every time I come in for breakfast because there's two of us at work and the order I placed is the order I always place. The young lady said she would fix it because she could see I was visibly shaken and Disturbed. I walked outside and told Clark, I believe that is his name but he represented himself as one of the managers. I ordered large meals and it wasn't until I got to work that I noticed that she gave me small hash browns. If you're going to fix the problem then you should fix the whole problem.

As I was finishing my salad, I noticed something green, other than lettuce, in my salad. As I look closely to examine it, I saw something that looked liked that it might have legs. I flipped it over and discovered that it was a very much alive, green bug in my salad! I was so disgusted! The legs were still moving!! I attempted to contact the store that night, however, I was not successful in reaching anyone. Then, next morning I went to the Location to speak with a manager. After showing her the video, she offered to make me another salad. Obviously, I declined. She did not seem apologetic, as she did not apologize. She offered a refund and stated that “it must’ve gotten through” after I asked if they would pull the other salads. She was not knowledgeable of what the corporate number and she did not look it up for me. She told me that I could look online for the corporate number. I am still traumatized from seeing this creature in my salad as I don’t think I would be returning to this location or order a salad again!!!

Trying to get in and out of main part of storefront you have to fight a battle to open door due to how far they are apart, and how heavy they are. No assistive system to open door due and are where they have DoorDash/pickup orders waiting you have no room to get in, 2. Line area is not designed w disabled in mind. 3. Restroom hallway is super narrow can’t even turn to get in restroom with a regular wheelchair, then can’t open door in chair. Once you spend 5 -10 minutes maneuvering to get thru door have to do same on other side to get in or out of stall. Very difficult design. Staff was very sweet no issues with them but store is terrible if you have mobility issues
