  Trinity, Ethan, and the manager did a great job insuring my wife didn’t get gluten. Having celiac disease makes it very difficult going out to eat and sometimes can feel like a pain to some restaurants to handle but this Cava location was welcoming and did a great job.

  I absolutely dislike all sweet potatoes. I don't like the taste, texture, nothing...Then I tried the Harissa Chicken Power Bowl. As I stood in line I didn't know what to get, my first time to Cava. And honestly, I'm a first timer really to this style of Mediterranean/Greek food. In fact I didn't even know what Harissa was...as far as taste or a good majority of the ingredients. Well, I wanted to be adventurous and Cava did not disappoint. I loved the ease of the bowls, like I literally just trusted the process :) and my nemesis white sweet potatoes were in them and I kept them in. When I say, this bowl was soooooooo good. Like I understood what ppl meant by savory. Usually if I'm unsure about something I haven't had before, I eat what I'm most use to, like the chicken or the veggies. When I mixed this bowl up... Like omg it was soooooo good. And it made me eat slow :) I enjoyed it and I could taste these distinct flavors and I felt so good afterwards. Not heavy, no sleepy. So if you're new to these tastes and flavors try Cava. And the Spicy Lamb, baby it was so good I ate AT cava. And I ate slow. These are flavors to be enjoyed.

  So I ordered online. My food didn’t just came late. It was cold and my drinks are missing. Blueberry and sweet tea. So I called the Gunbarrel location where I ordered it from. The manager was not just rude, he was a liar too! Trying to tell me that the driver forgot the drinks on the counter and I told him no he did not because the cups are in my bag, empty with straws. And then he said I’m so sorry about that. You can just come by and pick up your drinks. I said the reason why I ordered it online was because I can’t drive there. The tone of his voice was so rude because he was in a hurry and does not want to talk to me. Take note, I called the place 5 times before they finally picked up the phone. I do not recommend this location. This was not the first time I had issues with them. I let it go the first time but never ever again!

  Had lunch at CAVA and was very impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with healthy options. Every ingredient tasted high quality, and the customizable bowls make it easy to create exactly what you're craving. The staff specifically Yasir, Jasmine, and Dorai, was friendly, patient, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, the line moved quickly, and the overall experience was outstanding. If you're looking for a delicious Mediterranean meal with great customer service, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. I'll definitely be back!

  I come here often after work when I need a meal that’s good, nutritional, and filling. Every single time I come to make my order, I’m greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in restaurants. They treat their customers, and especially regulars, with so incredible respect. Someone I often see there is an employee named Cash, and no matter what I can always expect my order to be done in good time and with a smile. One of the most delightful groups of people to interact with and converse with, even if it’s only for a few minutes. I’d recommend this place for the people alone.
