  Came in at 11:01 and the lady was about to take my order and a man walked up and told her asked her what she was doing. She told him she was about to take my order and he told her take out ended 1 minute ago. I said okay I'll dine in. He said I couldn't. I said but you all don't close until 12. She said they don't have any control over what the manager says for them to do and something about not having enough food. I was wow like this girl can think on the fly. Anyway the hixson location is better. I called for 30 minutes before I pulled up. They didn't answer. Go to Hixson they have better service. The guys downtown are always coming up with something different. They have worse service than Chilis on Brained Road and they don't care what you order they give you whatever they want to.

  This Chattanooga location is the worst BWW the staff walk around with attitudes that suck just imagine what happens in the kitchen out of sight you can taste it in the food

  I've taken out food here few times and every time I go it's just not good. Well I decided try it again because it's been like about a year and wow no surprise it's a shame was nasty again and I didn't even get my desert or the extra sauce I ordered..I will never be going back here idk how there even still in business I wouldn't waste my money or time

  Ordered 30 piece boneless and only got 26. Also got one very large piece of bone in a boneless nugget.
